   Apparently all so called “Constitutional Experts” have become “Expert Liars”, completely denying there is an unmistakeable difference between citizen and “Natural Born” citizen. These are the same claimed experts pushing the lie that just being born on U.S. soil makes one a U.S. citizen via the 14th amendment, which in truth makes no such claim. It is only through their intentional misinterpretation, which can so easily be verified it should shame them to make such a claim.

   I have typed out the facts so many times I am sick of it. It has become all to clear that this Country is overrun with traitors, foreign infiltrators, or people just to ignorant to care or look for the truth.

   Those like rush limbaugh, and so many others I have listened to are the worst, the most guilty of all. Those that are in the most perfect of position to be heard, to declare the truth for all to hear. Yet they are the most cowardly of all. Not just for their silence of the truth, but for actually aiding in disseminating the lies.They are as traitorous as the congress, the senate, the courts, and the media they pretend to denigrate.

   What would happen if Cruz progresses with his campaign, then later steps down and says he is not eligible, and neither is Obama, for the same reasons?

   Cruz’s mother is American but not his father. How is this any different than Obama’s mother being American but not his father? We cannot say one is ineligible but not the other if citizenship goes with the father’s side?

    There is a lot of comment regarding Ted Cruz being born in Calgary in Canada.
    It is simple. Anyone born in Foreign County is a natural born citizen of that country and a Automatic Naturalized citizen of the United States depending on Citizenship of parents at time of birth. No counting father because he definitely was not a citizen at time at time of birth of Ted. But counting Eleanor Elisabeth Darragh who is supposed to be mother and supposedly was a U.S. Citizen at time of birth Ted would be an Automatic naturalized citizen of The United States. This status comes from the 1940 Naturalization Law and is nothing new. Again in this case Ted would be a
    Automatic naturalized Citizen not a natural born citizen because his birth was outside the United States. However this case depends on proving status of mother as being at least a citizen of the USA at birth of Ted which I do not think anyone has proved yet.
    Take the case of all the children born in Germany from 1945 + 60 years who were born to service members and their wives and probably totaled 1 million. Each child received a German birth certificate and Automatic Naturalization Certificate. They were not Natural born citizens of the USA but were natural born Citizens of Germany.
    Ted is supposed to be an extremely smart lawyer
    and should know the subject backwards and forward and extremely well.

    Mother of Ted is listed in 1940 census in Delaware at 5 years of age and record states Delware birth for parents Elisabeth and sister.

    There is a birth Certificate for Ted in Calgery
    which means he is not a natural born citizen of the United States. See part of constitution which follows.

    Clause 5: Qualifications for office
    Beginning of the clause in the 1787 document
    Section 1 of Article Two of the United States Constitution sets forth the eligibility requirements for serving as president of the United States:
    No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

    Note the wording of Constitution above:
    No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of the President. Any citizen at the time of the adoption of the Constitution would be around 228 years old today and naturally deceased. Therefore, only natural born citizen are eligible in today’s time span unless she or he is natural born citizen.
    This language is very plain. No citizens alive at time of adoption of Constitution are alive today or at anytime in at least past 150 years or so.
