Dear CAPS Supporter ,

Senator Schumer is up to his old tricks again! This time he is seeking to force the House into bringing the overpopulation amnesty bill to the floor for debate by an underhanded tactic called a “discharge petition.”  Make sure that your Representative knows that signing this discharge petition is just as bad as an actual vote for amnesty.
