California is stealing federal welfare funding on illegals

California legislature is stealing the federal welfare funding by giving subsidizes to illegal aliens and creating sanctuary cities. CA makes up 12% of the US population and 30% of welfare funding.

Recently, after deciding to give drivers licenses to illegals, Ca legislators decided to give them subsidized insurance as well.
