A chess game does not depend upon one move.

Let us not rush to judgement.

Maybe he is afraid Obama will just pardon her before he takes office.

Since he has backtracked on that original promise, and is biding his time, he can always backtrack on the present ‘decisiion’ probably made with his fingers crossed…

So what if he does the deed, on January 21st? Criminals do not deserve a strictly “truthful” decision, as made in November.

They lied.. he can ‘lie’ too.

    Yeah…

Trump can do this (after) he takes the Oath!

And we don’t know what he knows…

So things could be taken care of, as time goes on, as in something like Hillarys’ case, Trump might have at least a year or longer to file?!

Of course President Trump won’t persue charges against Hillary. That is the job of the DOJ.

President Trump is taking a page f on the Democrats playbook and using word games. This stops Obama from issuing a pardon, allowing DOJ to do their job after 1/20

Of course we do not like to hear that Hillary may get off again. Is this not the very thing we are sick of ? But before we get ourselves all bent out of shape remember we have a long way before January and like Extirpates said above very well ” A chess game does not depend upon one move”. Do not forget as well that there is no way Obama is not guilty of mishandling classified information as much as Hillary…100% as the law pertains to “sending and receiving.” I will wait and see what the next year brings.

i seriously doubt trump will let hillary slide. trump has to walk a tightrope 2 more months cuz the dems and obama still have the power. he is playing nice now for that reason.
