    The deceased, Daquan Westbrook, was pronounced deceased on the scene by MEDIC.

    Chief Putney says at this point, there’s no indication this is gang-related, but it’s certainly an avenue they’re going to pursue during the investigation. Putney also said the subjects involved all have a history of gun violence.
    Now what do you know, all have a history. Just look at his facebook pictures, anyone could tell he had a history, he’s carrying a 380, and a 9mm. I’ll bet you old Chief Putney’s gang unit knows this kid, and I’ll bet you they knew he had them guns before this shooting occurred. Just Say’n.

    The guy that shot the video inside, what was he up to. The Police need to talk to him, he could be very well involved with this.

    Witnesses say two young people were in fight, one shot the other, & police shot him in mall.

    And Mr. aka(@DoctorWhite78) Why do post information that is a complete lye to the news media were you there also. He very well may have had his hands up, but in one of them he had a gun pointed at an officer.
