   Judge Jeff S Masin ruling…Cruz can stay on the ballot??

   In December 2008, attorney Leo Donofrio filed a challenge in New Jersey to keep a pair of con men off the ballot for presidential preference: John McCain, Barry Soetoro aka Obama. Leo was not denied because of standing. Not to rehash years of litigation, but Leo ended up petitioning the U.S. Supreme Court who hid behind their dirty black robes. The ‘high’ court refused to hear one of the most important legal issues of our time: presidential eligibility.

   Shenanigans by clerks at the U.S. Supreme Court should have prompted an investigation by Congress, but of course, that never happened. Justice Clarence Thomas disgraced himself when he stated during a congressional subcommittee hearing regarding presidential eligibility: “We’re evading that one.” Everyone, including Thomas, all laughed. Ha, ha.

   In retrospect
   Let me see if I correctly have the qualifications for President of the United States.

   1. Can be born anywhere, have a mother and father and can be an alien or bastard.
   2. Must be a good liar and bullshitter.
   3. Must be able to conceal your personal records.
   4. Must be able to confuse people and make promises you’ll never keep.
   5. Must spend money and increase the National debt.
   6. Be able to write executive orders that ignores congress and the Constitution.
   7. Etc., Etc.

   As I suspected yesterday concerning this hearing, it merely replicated grotesquely misjudged similar hearing filed by Dr. Taitz in 2012 concerning the forged and stolen ID of the impostor.

   The judge from hell Jeff S. Masin wrote in his opinion that while there can be no certainty as to what the founders meant by “natural born citizen”… You are a stinking liar! You had to ask the Senators, for they did know that the Founders meant Law of Nation!

   “Born to citizen parents on American soil” “inadvertently” leaked into the 2008 Sen. Res. 511 on McCain!

   Remarkable perhaps in that the ruling states that natural born IS worth looking at and leaves open possibility of a higher court’s scrutiny. Cruz is not out of the woods…just the scrubbrush.

   The Judge pretends he does not know about De Vattel Definition of “Natural Born Citizen”.

   In Ted Cruz words in Texas, 2011: this means both parents citizens and born on soil.

   Suddenly 1790 1st Congress appears to define this term as Ted Cruz wants it now: one parent is a Citizen.

   But the 1st Congress language was for naturalization of babies born abroad. It was not for the purpose of eligibility requirements for POTUS.

   Suddenly Jerome Corsi reporting the Judge decision on WND does not seem to know anything about De Vattel definition of Natural Born Citizen.

   Other definition of Natural Born Citizen are cropping up from different sources.

   This has to be put to rest by a Constitutional scholar before any Judge would pronounce on the matter.

   The Judges are lying.

   Why?

   They are protecting Mr. O

   What do you expect of this scumbag??? Gov. NJ,

   Chris Christie, should have him removed for

   incompetency and senility. Or move to have him

   impeached, etc. Such a disgrace to USA!
