   IT IS THE LAW!!! .Title 18, Chapter 101 & 2071: Concealment, removal, or mutilation generally
   (a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

   (b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.

   THE problem in America is the Rule of Law is NOT being enforced!!!

   Also, the problem with Comey is the repeat of

   THE INVASION OF THE BODY SNATCHERS. The Obots

   have taken over his (Comey) mind and body. IMO.

   This committee does have the power to suspend comey and have him removed. No federal employee can escape being subject to instant termination and even imprisonment pending trial except the president. Democrats have abused this for decades. It’s about time it was used for justice and accountability

   no, they can’t suspend him. The House of Representatives can only impeach him and the Senate can remove him from office by 2/3 of the vote

   All that is needed is a finding of contempt or lying to congress. I thInk most people do not understand the power of congress and that not everything has to be impeachment. The sergeant at arms can be directed to place him under arrest, effectively suspending him immediately. A president can terminate him as Clinton did with no discussion or input from anyone but that won’t happen

   Someone just asked Comey that did any of his top shelf expert that he claims were on the case and the ones that question Hillary on Saturday asked her about the lies she has been stating for over a year that she “did not send or receive any emails that were marked classified” and his reply was he will have to check on that? If the best of the FBI investigators asked her that and she lied she would be guilty of perjury, lying to the FBI. As Trump says and anyone with common sense would say that the investigation was rigged from the beginning.
