He believes that because of the many decisions that the SCOTUS has made that are blatantly unconstitutional (e.g., Obamacare).

The Supreme court judges are not special. Like any other public servant if they don’t do their jobs they can be impeached. That is, if the house and senate stand up on their hind legs and grow a set.

People like Ginsburg on the Supreme Court can tell our Senators what the laws hey passed really mean because our Senators are too stupid to know anything about the laws they passed- I can never forgive Clinton for appointing Ginsburg-

Not sure what he means by such a statement. Is he trying to claim that all power should rest in the presidency?
Any how the real problem with the supreme court is their misguided notion that it is their purpose to interpret the intent of our founding fathers and actually are authorize to redefine every word and context of our ruling document, betraying their true purpose to assure adherence to the principles held by the founders of our country, and their oath of allegiance to the Constitution.
It is this very betrayal that put a fraud and foreign infiltrator in our white house and has opened the door for more. Only the ignorant, liars, or cowards, will refer to obama as president.

The framers of the Constitution were divided on whether or not the Supreme Court was a good idea. We now can understand why some were opposed to it. This court has been corrupted and is proof that it was a bad idea. It should be abolished. Words mean different things to them when it becomes necessary to take away the freedoms written in plain English. For instance “shall not be abridged” means just the opposite when it concerns religious freedom. The court has ruled discrimination is prohibited by individuals and businesses and is allowed by government even though the intent of the Constitution is just the opposite. Taxation without representation was a big “no no” with the framers that is why it was specifically prohibited by the no bill of attainder clause. This court (Roberts specifically) has stated that the congress can tax any or all of us unequally any amount for any reason.
