   Is Arpaio bound by the position he holds as an elected sheriff, to not file a complaint in court without a Grand Jury reviewing the evidence and then be able through the District Attorney, to file a suit, and then the courts determining that the complaint has some type of Standing ?
   What legal procedures are available to a County sheriff, of a sovereign state, to be able to file a suit against a sitting president ?
   We already saw, that case 12A606 has moved with a great deal of difficulty to the SCOTUS review, because presidential candidates were indeed affected by the fraud, but how would Arpaio proves to the court that he has standing to confront the fraudulent processes followed in the 2008 and 2012 elections, when most judges the first question they have been asking all the petitioners is, “And what bussiness is of yours, as to who sits in the White House ?”

   Arpaio is bound by his position to file a criminal complaint against Arpaio and his associates. Everyone has to contact him and demand that he file a criminal complaint or refund all the money given to him. By not filing the complaint he becomes complicit in the cover up of the usurpation of the US Presidency and he commits High Treason, just like other officials and politicians

   I am a supporter of Arpaio and I also like the tencious effort that Orly Taitz has done to reveal the truth that has been hidden from America- I am a little disappointed in Joe by not supporting Orly completely- United we stand and devided we fall- Everyone was proud to have the first minority to be sworn in on the same bible as Lincoln but the hard truth is that Obama is a FRAUD who has deceived America -Not only by FORGING his birth certificate & stealing another SSN and FORGING his selective service card- but by allowing the super rich power mongers to control him- to a lot of people this sounds impossible but I have researched it and every word is true- anyone who challenges Obama’s legitamacy is smeared by the paid Obama goond as an idiot-
   but millions of Americans know that Obama is the biggest FRAUD in history-

   My understanding that you supplied Arpaio with some preliminary information related to Obama’s documents.
   Curious, if asked, why Arpaio wouldn’t inform you of his intensions concerning the result of the investigation?
   One would think, out of courtesy, it would be available.

   When is Sheriff Arpaio going to step up and turn over his investigation to a prosecutor so the usurper can stopped in his tracks? What is Sheriff Arpaio waiting for? Has Obama gotten to him? Once Obama is arrested he should be out of office in a matter of weeks.

   The Feds dropped their case against Arpaio and Arpaio dropped his case against Obama. It’s that simple.

   People have been telling you for two years Orly.

   Arpaio cannot be trusted. Like Trump and Berg, Kreep and Lincoln, Corsi and Farah, WND and Rush and Beck and Hannity, he simply can not be trusted to do the right thing.

   These people would prefer to throw you under the bus or cut your brake lines before giving you an ounce of credit.

   You say you don’t care but you should!

   By not telling the truth about you they are not telling the truth. Period.

   I want to believe that Arpaio is an honest dedicated protector/defender of the USA Constitution. However, until he is more forthright with the results of his investigation my belief is just that and nothing more. My belief in what Orly has done and is doing is at a much higher level of belief and without doubts.

    Look. Bottom line is that every single one of our congressman and women and senators KNOW that Obama is a fraud. They know it and so do our Supreme Court. Who or what is threatening them is well, we all know. But, nothing is going to be done. It is time we the people march. Look what has happened today, Hagel was confirmed and republicans were in on it. If the repubs at least don’t start prosecution we are doomed. We must not demand but tell our representatives for the last time, either they do something or we will. Get the word out now.

    Arpaio collected $7,000,000 then dropped the matter. Arpaio has proved beyond all doubt that he has no morals, ethics, character, or conscience.

    Dr Orly was the one that gave Arpaio (ALL) the required info and docs, in full detail. All Joe had to do was just follow through with following the law!
