New information has come to the fore that explains in detail why President Obama simply does not want to show his birth certificate. The controversy has to do with the idea that the President’s legal name on his birth certificate is Barry Soetoro not Barrack Obama. It also has to do with the idea that all kinds of white lies may have been on his college transcripts so he could qualify for student aide as a foreign student under the name Barry Soetoro. This is a story about potential fraud on a grand scale which is why the President does not want to show his birth certificate.

Back in April of 2010 the Arizona legislature had crafted a law requiring that presidential candidates present their birth certificates and supporting documents proving their eligibility for the 2012 presidential elections and beyond. The argument was that the Congress simply did not do its job in vetting President Obama and the Arizona legislature would make sure this would never happen again. At the time the president of the Arizona senate did not bring the bill up for discussion and therefore stalled the bill. Had it come up for a vote the bill would have passed.

Imagine if during the 2012 elections Obama refuses to show his birth certificate. Americans would simply wonder why. It would be so easy to shut up critics once and for all; yet, to date Obama has refused to show the birth certificate and spent millions of dollars defending lawsuits in court asking to see it.

Recently, the newly elected governor of Hawaii Neil Abercrombie ran on a platform of proving once and for all that Obama’s birth certificate was legitimate and that he would show it for all to see. It turns out now that Abercrombie is weaseling out and has even suggested that the birth certificate cannot be found. Do you have any idea of the importance of this statement? The state of Hawaii now says it cannot find the birth certificate of president of the United States. Who exactly is it we have holding that office?

The attorney general of Hawaii has stepped in to tell the governor publicly that he did not have the authority to show Obama’s birth certificate.

We have therefore a governor of Hawaii who has publicly said that there is no birth certificate on file and an attorney general who told the governor to shut up. This is all fact for all to see.

How does the state of Arizona have the power to decide Obama chances for re-election?

During the last midterm election Russell Pearce was elected president of the senate and he has vowed to bring the eligibility bill up for a vote. The odds of passage are very high which means the issue of Obama’s birth certificate will be front and center for the 2012 elections. Not only that there are other states drafting the same kind of legislation.

As we have said, this whole birth certificate issue has nothing to do with whether Obama was born in the US or not. It has to do with the fact that he is not “natural born” a fundamental requirement for being a US president. There is no doubt about that. It also has to do with the idea that Barrack Obama’s legal name may be Barry Soetoro and that he used that name possibly for special financial advantages. It also has to do with the idea that he never did the necessary paperwork to legally use the name Barrack Hussein Obama.  If Barrack Hussein Obama is not his legal name then what implication does that have for all the documents he has signed as president?

* Obama was indeed adopted by Lolo Soetoro in the 1970s

* Obama’s name was indeed changed to Barry Soetoro in the 1970s

* Obama’s birth certificate was altered per Hawaiian law to reflect his new name in the 1970s

* Obama never changed his name back to “Barack Hussein Obama, Jr.” — most likely because he used “Barry Soetoro” on all of his student aid applications for college, and probably received foreign student grants and admissions assistance playing off his years living in Indonesia

* All the records, transcripts, documents, and paperwork Obama continues to hide from the public is all hidden because it lists his name as “Barry Soetoro” on all of it.

Again, imagine President Obama trying to defend not showing his birth certificate when other presidential candidates will comply willingly during the 2012 elections? What does  he have to hide? Arizona will have the last word after being beaten down and flogged by President Obama’s endless lawsuits and humiliations. Arizona in essence will decide Obama’s chances for re-election because it will require all candidates to produce proof of eligibility and will make tens of millions of voters wonder why the president refuses to show a document that ordinary Americans have to show every day
