   I hope you allow my comment to be published because none of my posts have been posting FOR MANY MONTHS NOW…

   TRUMP THE QUESTION IS: WHEN WILL AFRICAN AMERICANS AND OTHERS MAKE THE SAME SALARY FOR THE SAME JOB? WHEN YOU QUOTE SAME PAY EQUITY AND LOW UNEMPLOYMENT RATE THEN I CAN TRULY SAY KUDOS…

   CRITICAL ISSUE I have with Trump’s UNEMPLOYMENT numbers is the fact that the salaries are not the same even for the same job FOR AFRICAN AMERICANS… THAT IS A FACT AND I AM A BYPRODUCT OF THIS FACT. I HAVE LIVED IT AND MY FRIENDS HAVE LIVED IT FOR A WHILE NOW.

   As a black female engineer, I found that my white male engineers WERE shocked when they realized that I am not earning what they are earning. The white males think I am making the same amount they are. When they slip and tell me how much they make, I look at them and say I’m making 30k less than you.
   They look up to me because I produce and I know what I’m doing because I HAVE TO BE 3 TIMES BETTER THAN EVERYONE AROUND ME.

   I’m not trying to brag but when I get responses like “Did you graduate from Stanford or Berkeley? from upper management tells you that I am no sluggard. In addition, I never said I graduated from Stanford or Berkeley. I also get “Do you have a PH D? No I dont have a PH D but I work like I have one and no one can take away my productivity and excellence I provide. HOWEVER I AM NOT BEING COMPENSATED like my white male engineer counterparts. I have seen actual salary info.

   I have many friends UNDERPAID for the same positions.

   This is domestic terrorism robbing potential future earnings from people who are trying to make a living.

   This IS NOT the first time Wellsfargo has done this. I DONT SEE OUTRAGE ON THIS DOMESTIC TERRORISM AGAINST HUMANITY.

   Wells Fargo discriminated against black and Latino homebuyers in Sacramento, California, by pushing them into more expensive mortgages than white borrowers, according to a federal lawsuit that cites former employees.

   Just to let you know Orly, I emailed the Trump WhiteHouse regarding this comment. I indicated “I’m not sure if my comments will be on her site” but I copied all my comments to his Contact the White House link for the President.
