Attorney general of NH wants to transfer part of the multistate case from CA to NH. I need to find all the precedents of multistate challenge or class action suit in heard by one federal judge. I have a plan B, though, on NH

to me

Attorney Taitz,

Pursuant to LR 7-3 of the USDC rules for the Southern District of CA, I am contacting you regarding New Hampshire’s intent to dismiss the case against them for lack of personal jurisdiction in the CA court.   Please call me to discuss.  If you agree to allowing New Hampshire out of the case, you can just e-mail me back.

Thank you.

Lynmarie C. Cusack
