JUDICIAL/COURT CORRUPTION CLEAN-UP BEGINS
 
Los Angeles, CA — Judge Pro Tem Matthew St. George’s  Minute Order dated December 6, 2010 notied that Richard Fine was present and that the Judgment Debtor Examination was being taken off calendar.
 
IMPROPER ARREST WARRANT QUASHED
The first action noted in the Order was that a bench warrant issued for Richard Fine’s arrest for failing to appear at a June 14, 2010 Judgment Debtor Hearing was QUASHED.   Ironically, and as everyone concerned knew, Dr. Fine was in solitary confinement in L.A. County Men’s Central Jail at the time the bench warrant was issued, and further, the Court and the Sheriff had refused to transport Dr. Fine from the jail to the Court so that he could appear.
 
DEVELOPERS’ ATTORNEY DODGES HEARING
Full Disclosure Network has obtained a copy of the letter from Joshua Rosen, Esq., an attorney for the Epsteins Family Trust, that was faxed to Dr. Fine the night before he was to appear at a December 6, 2010 Judgment Debtor’s Examination in the case of the Marina Strand Colon II Homeowners Assn. v. County of Los Angeles, et. al. (Including as defendants properties under development by the Epstein Family Trust), Los Angeles County Superior Court Case no. BS109420. Ironically, the letter indicated the proceeding was to be taken off calendar but according to the Court’s website, no such request had been submitted to the Court.

EPSTEIN ATTORNEY PRESIDENT OF STATE BAR
this fact was cited in an “Objection” filed by Dr. Richard Fine in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals on November 29, 2010 in which he described the Epstein’s connection to his disbarment proceedings that commenced while he was representing homeowners challenging the Epstein Trust/L.A. County development known as Del Rey Shores.

    The Epsteins are scum, they pretend to be American yet they’re greedy, evil people who hide behind a flag. They have no morals nor are they law abiding good people. This charming the public is an act which was also done by Aviva K. Bobb who steals, lies, cheats and kills our seniors for cash. She’s none other then a presiding judge of Los Angeles Superior court.
