Arpaio and other sheriffs need to stop passing the buck and they need to submit a criminal complaint for fraud against Obama to their District Attorneys immediately arpaio talked the talk for 2 years, tie for him to do his job as a sheriff and submit a signed, stamped and dated complaint to the DA and AG

John wrote: “So I am not going to appear on a radio show where there is going to be a pissing match. We are supposed to be working together to rid this nation of a usurper and unconstitutional president. United we stand, divided we fall. I continue to fight the good fight. I am tired of trying to get either of those two women to work together to SAVE OUR REPUBLIC. I am on the way up and I wont let anyone stop that ascent. I know what I did. I have not claimed things that I did not do. I can show you the proof in black and white but you cant read between the lines. Sheriff Arpaio has to fight the feds and he has to do it within his jurisdiction. I know what happened in that meeting and so did three other individuals besides myself. We know the truth and what I have said is the truth. The truth is, several of us, including Orly Taitz and Miki Booth have had the courage to step up to the plate and do things others only talk about. My hat is off to them for that. I have never tried to steal the thunder from either of these two women because we had a common enemy. But I wont stand for one second anyone slighting my contribution to the effort. I know what I did. The proof is there. If someone cant see it I cant make them.”

    I agree. The only way we will get Obama out of the White House and into the Big House is through unity. EVERYBODY needs to unite, and that includes the Oathkeepers, sheriff’s of every county, and the retired/purged military officers, the tea party groups, conservative congressmen/women, church groups. NOBODY CAN DO IT ALONE, WITH ALL THE CORRUPTION IN ALL 3 BRANCHES OF OUR GOVERNMENT!! Bury your hatchets for now and take them up again while Obama stands trial for all his crimes, including TREASON!

    If you want to know why Arpaio hasn’t submitted, and won’t submit, a complaint, do this simple exercise:

    1.List the _actual statutes_ (chapter and section) that you want him to charge.

    2. For each count, list the actual, court-admissible EVIDENCE (Not theories. Not speculation) substantiating it.

    The large blank spaces will make things perfectly clear.

    Arpaio & Co. spoke with the Maricopa County Atty. Montgomery back in 2012 with their evidence. He would not act on the evidence he called speculation. Unless Arpaio & Co. can find legitimate evidence of a crime, prosecution on a county level is dead in the water.

    I submitted a FOIA request to Montgomery, I wanted to know whether Arpaio provided him with the alleged affidavit from expert Reed Hayes, his representative stated that Arpaio never submitted to District Attorney William Montgomery this sworn affidavit from Reed Hayes. This is obstruction of Justice by Arpaio, for which he should be prosecuted
