Bravissima! Didn’t both Cruz and Trump get 5 delegates each? If the press calls that a Cruz win it is semantic fluff and just editi-journalism.

It is important that Trump bring action immediately against both Cruz and Rubio. Together the two won 15 delegates to Trump’s 7. If they are later disqualified, I suspect the delegates would be released to vote for whomever they choose. The GOP establishment will try to influence them using whatever inducements they have. It’s too late to stop that for Iowa, but there are other primaries coming up, some with proportional allocation of delegates. Trump needs to seek an injunction now to prevent participation of these ineligible candidates in the remaining primaries.

Unfortunately, there is no one who is going to disqualify Cruz, Rubio or any other candidate who is ineligible.

I agree with Ann Coulter. Rubio and Cruz are not eligible to serve as president.
