An action item for the day

I just came from the gym. I wore my BC t-shirt to the aerobics class. There were about 100 women there. After the class I did some weight exercise, so about 100 men could see the T-shirt and read the sign. Here is an easy and inexpensive way to spread the word.

If you belong to a club, like 24 hour fitness, try different clubs in the area on different days, you will get more exposure. This is a great way for you to do something good for your health and something good for your country in raising awareness and freeing your country from the Userpent (new term, that I coined, stands for Userper-President=Userpent) and Criminal in chief, who sits in the White House with a cheap forgery instead of the birth certificate and a stolen Social Security number.

    Orly:…that was a good “diversion!” The gym will help reduce that stress. And pretend when hitting the punching bag (if they have one) that: it is all the problem people that you can think of!!

    And love the new coined word! Very good!

    Hmmm…and when does “doing something for ones health” sound commie? What a ridiculous statement!

    Commies don’t know anything about health, especially, since they’re living in “utopia”! And their psychology is either “lost in space” or “dormant” and can’t be revived with a “bolt of lightning!!!
