Senator Cruz associate will be at the hearing.
I called his San Antonio office.
A guy took down the info about the hearing.
After I finished describing the location and to send Senator Cruz your note about the hearing, the guy told me they know about the hearing and somebody from Ted cruz associates will be at the hearing.

Hannity talking about talking about the Islamic caliphate; this after Walid Shoebat publicly attesting to his evidence that it is OBAMA who is the ISLAMIST. Juan Williams defending the putative president while Hannity and David Limbaugh stating that Obama either does not understand the threat or does not care. PERHAPS all three are wrong and the paradigm within which to analyze the foreign policy fiasco is Walid’s: the facilitator is in the White House deceiving all Americans except those who are in ISIS.

From Birther Report about a Democrat who is a birther while in our US passports it clearly says that a person with two or more citizenships is NOT Natural born but rather a Dual Citizen subject to the laws of the land of other claimed citizenship. DIDN’T Nancy Pelosi ever do any research before helping to abet a crime against the Constitution? From Birther Report:
Vermont
In Vermont, where polls close at 7 p.m. EST, less than a quarter of registered voters were expected to turn out Tuesday, but the colorful races include a Democrat candidate who in 2012 argued that President Obama is not a natural-born citizen and unsuccessfully waged a legal battle in the Vermont Superior Court in Montpelier for an injunction to stop distribution of the ballots during that election.
According to the Burlington Free Press, that candidate, Democrat H. Brooke Paige, “based his argument on readings of a 1758 legal treatise he said influenced the writers of the U.S. Constitution. The document, called the ‘Law of Nations,’ decreed that a person seeking the presidency must not just be a U.S. citizen, but a ‘natural born citizen,’ defined as someone born of parents who were both American citizens at the time of birth.”
Paige, 62, is now running in his party’s primary for two offices at once: governor and attorney general.
“There would be a lot of power if the governor and the attorney general were the same person,” Paige told the Caledonian-Record last week.

So what happened today? I had somebody call me and say the judge denied he restraining order, but said it would be OK to modify the complaint and resubmit.
