    Judge Jeanine tonite with a Mr Rifkin,supposed Constitutional expert who played cat and mouse with the judge. She brought up 1898 US v Won Kim Ark which Rifkin referenced INCORRECTLY.

    PIRRO was correct when she told him that that SUPREME COURT case stipulated PERMANENT DOMICILE and CARRYING ON BUSINESS in the USA to qualify for parent’s baby to be born a citizen.

    Won Kim Ark’s parents HAD that but ILLEGALS do not.

    Rifkin said “that is of little consequence.”

    What use is a Constitution if it doesn’t mean anything?

    Trump’s legal advisors seem to be VERY correct with hundreds of thousands of babies granted citizenship who had NO RIGHT TO IT.
