After Obama’s threat, an article appeared in Russian media Rambler saying that South-Eastern Ukraine is historically Southern Russia. I wonder if he considers Alaska to be the North-Western Russia? At this point nothing will surprise me.

    I see that this petition is on the WH.gov isp.

    Now, that explains why there are this many signees to have this transaction take place!
