Abercrombie was part of weathermen. They admittedly created fraudulent SSA IDs. Was Abercrombie involved? Why did he have charges from Perkins Coie in Washington state?

I found this on the internet this morning and it appears to show that the SDS was “active in Hawaii” in the 60’s and 70’s—and that now Gov. Neil Abercrombie was the President of one of those SDS groups!

Why I Am Not Voting for Neil Abercrombie

In the early 70s, while on Oahu, I knew an individual doing government surveillance of a radical group known as the SDS (Students for a Democratic Society). In the spirit of adventure, when this individual lacked the usual companion, I volunteered to dress up in hippie garb and go to an SDS meeting.

This turned out to be an important meeting where a long term plan was set forth to 1) set up a task force to infiltrate the high schools in the state of Hawaii, 2) obtain an office/copy machines, etc from which to propagandize, 3) change from the radical hippie image to a clean cut suit and tie image and 4) put people who supported Marxist philosophy into positions of power. Two of the names I remember well were John Witeck and Neil Abercrombie.

When I returned to Hawaii and learned Neil Abercrombie was running for governor, I was stunned. I contacted by friend and confirmed that Abercrombie was not only the member of SDS I remembered, but the president of the organization, an avowed Marxist who frequently read form the Communist Manifesto to the group.

At that time, their game plan included pouring blood on the General’s cake at the U.S. Marine Birthday Celebration in Kaneohe, a plan which was averted. But, I fear the plan today is more sinister. Neil Abercrombie is a wolf in sheep’s clothing in my opinion. He will not get my vote.

Enough is enough! It is time for citizens to speak up and no longer be afraid of these communist Marxist socialists any longer. Please don’t give them another foothold in Hawaii!

Sincerely,
Sue Gerard

Abercrombie was a member of the SDS. The SDS is not the Weathermen.

You “should” know that whatever the particulars of Perkins Coie’s representation of him were is attorney/client privileged unless he (Abercrombie) waives that privilege.

Uh, you do know that Perkins Coie is a huge firm with offices globally? That one of the form’s specialties is election law and that its politician-clients are Democrats? And that the main office where billing is done is in Seattle, right? Okay, now put 2+2 together.

I lived in Hawaii from 1964-1970 and I know there were SDS members in Hawaii because I was a member of an Objectivist group (along with Dr. Jack Wheeler of ToThePointNews.com) that had a local radio show and we debated local SDS members on air. Jack and I both attended the University of Hawaii as well at that time. Nathaniel Branden flew in one time and was our guest on the show. I HATE it when people ask me if I met Obama when I was there…stupid, but it happens.

EVERYONE NEEDS TO REALIZE THAT THE “WEATHERMAN” ORGANIZATION BRANCHED-OFF FROM THE SDS! Bernardine Dohrn was BIG in the SDS, which split into TWO GROUPS in the late sixties because one group wasn’t as “keen” about COMMUNISM as the other group was! Dohrn stayed with the group who were HARDCORE COMMUNISTS, and then founded “Weatherman”. MANY of the SDS and the Weatherman organization members were the children whose parents in the 1940’s and 1950’s belonged to CPUSA (Communist Party USA)! SDS “split” in Chicago around 1968 or 1969.

Check out the website Hawaii Reporter. There is an article by Sam Slom. He states that during Vietnam, he headed up the conservative, pro-American, Young Americans for Freedom (YAF), while Abercrombie was a supporter of the anti-American, left wing Students for a Democratic Society (SDS).
