    It appears that she had a dementia problem since birth. Maybe when she’ll be convicted for treason in your RICO case the shock might help her a little.

    Yes, it does. The PPACA requires that mental health issues be treated to the same extent as physical ailments. IOWs, bringing mental health issues to parity.

    Though I question if any of you understand why this is a good thing. Or why the system was flawed before.
