a procedure to remove corrupt John Boehner, who has less than half of the House support, from the position of the Speaker of the House

As stated before, only 216 voted for Boehner for speaker, this is half of the members of the House, 30 Republicans did not vote for him. a number of people asked me, how specifically can Boehner be removed. Here is the procedure:
The Jefferson Manual, written by Thomas Jefferson when he was Vice President, and used by the House as a supplement to its standing rules, in Section 9 states that “A Speaker may be removed at the will of the House and a Speaker pro tempore appointed.”
It’s generally believed that a Speaker can be removed, which would be executed by a Member offering a resolution declaring the Office of the Speaker vacant. Such a resolution would be considered a question of constitutional privilege, and therefore a privileged motion
For context, read how the House tried to limit Speaker Joe Cannon’s power in 1910

This incident was not about removing the Speaker from the House. It was about removing the Speaker Speaker as chairman of the Committee on Rules.
On this date, the House of Representatives “stayed up all night” during a marathon session lasting 29 hours, debating the power of the Committee on Rules. Seizing an opportunity to challenge the power of Speaker of the House Joe Cannon of Illinois, Representative George Norris of Nebraska introduced a resolution as a matter of constitutional privilege to change the House rules. His resolution removed the Speaker as chairman of the Committee on Rules and expanded its membership from five to 15, made up of groupings by state, which would effectively strip the Speaker of much of his power.
_______
Currently, it is U.S. Congressman Pete Sessions (R-TX), Chairman of the House Rules Committee.

Orly, you and Sandy no doubt know the rules better than I and most us who support your efforts. My take is that if and when the votes are there the change will be made. I believe the votes to make a change won’t be there unless the grass roots dictate it. Orly you have pointed out all those who didn’t want to take a stand and vote at all. The pressure has to start at the grass roots. Orly is working overtime trying to get the message out. Hopefully more people will do what becomes necessary for us to survive. We have to start up the economy soon. If Boehner is still in the way he will go.

They can also try to Impeach Boehner via the
Goodlatte Judiciary Comtee.
Klayman can start lawsuits against Boehner.
DOJ can indict him for conflict of interest in
his ACA/Obamacare holdings.
There is always also the FUDDY technique.
Be creative and exile him, Danno!!!

Do you really think there is a chance of Boehner being impeached by the “Goodlatte Judiciary Comtee”?
Bob Goodlatte and the majority of members on that committee and the sub-committees voted FOR Boehner.

It is a Criminal Act to intimidate and threaten any Member of Congress!
Every American should be outraged that the House Speaker retaliated against those who did not vote for him. Will the Citizens be next? Every Representative should demand a “NO CONFIDENCE” vote on House Speaker Boehner and remove him from office for the disenfranchisement of your Constituents’ and denial of Representation in the People’s House.
When the House Speaker retaliates for the way Representatives vote then one must ask will the Representatives retaliate against their Constituents when they don’t vote for them?>?>>? Shame on the entire Alabama Republican Delegation that voted for Boehner. In fact the entire House of Representatives has succumbed to threats and bribery – If you don’t vote for Boehner you will be removed from House Committees!
Congress should force a NO CONFIDENCE on Boehner from the floor of the House… A Republic is guaranteed the right to VOTE without any Repercussion’s…. Yesterday, Freedom was lost!
Constitutionally yours,
