Dear Orly, Another photo of person of interest holding gold gun: From website: https://www.hardhatters.com/2013/04/saudi-student-held-as-a-person-of-interest-in-boston-bombings “We found Alharbi’s Facebook page … “The sources said that, after the man was grabbed by police, he smelled of gunpowder and declared, “I thought there would be a second bomb.” He also asked: “Did anyone die?”” ——————- |

No a Foreign National cannot by law possess a firearm as he is not granted that right under the Constitution like an American citizen.

There’s no law in my state (Va) prohibiting a foreign national from possessing firearms. I think y9ou need to check what state you are in.

S265.01 Go read the statute Obot. It’s a 4th Degree Felony if they are found in possession of a firearm. I don’t know what Communist State you are from but please stay there!

One of Sean Hannity’s guest dropped this on live TV and left him speechless. O apparently met with the Saudi prime minister today and it was not a scheduled meeting. I smell a rat!

Cute name, Bo. But this does label you as a snot-bot! Not much going on upstairs, huh?

Rod, you are quite mistaken. There is no such law. The one you mention is a NY State bill to prohibit sword canes.
There’s no federal law or Va. law prohibiting foreigners from possessing firearms.
first you said it was in the Constitution.: “he is not granted that right under the Constitution like an American citizen.”
Legal foreigners here have most all the same rights as citizens. They can’t vote, but they rights like due process and firearms and property.

Also, I may seem to be know it all, but I am not a “snot bot” whatever you mean. I have not heard that Americanism though.
