Here is an e-mail from the SOS of IN

SOS of IN is telling me to go to the Circuit court asap. The hearing was on the 24th, I need to file by the 24th. I need to get the file of this Bob Kern case ASAP, as it would help me greatly

I really need someone in IN to get this file and send it to me ASAP.

Dr. Taitz: I take from your recent e-mail and offered emergency motions, that you do not believe the Indiana Election Commission took notice of and followed Constitutional and statutory law when they voted to dismiss your challenge to Barack Obama’s declaration of candidacy for Indiana’s May Primary Ballot. It is my understanding that the decision of the Indiana Election Commission regarding your challenge is a “final administrative agency order”, and that the Indiana Election Commission does not offer additional administrative review or appeal.  As such, I believe the appropriate action for you to take at this time would be to seek judicial review of a final administrative action, pursuant to Indiana Code 4-21.5-5-14 (Indiana Administrative Orders Procedures Act; (AOPA)).  Here is a link to the statute: https://www.in.gov/legislative/ic/code/title4/ar21.5/ch5.html Please note that a person with standing has 30 days from the date of a final agency action or order only to seek judicial review.     Peelosi for president, it’s obvious you don’t know the law of reprecosity. Nothing will happen to the person you wish bad for, but it will come back to you threefold. I wish you were mentally stable. You know what happens when you have that much hatred?? You get CANCER or some other dreaded disease. We love you Orly! 😉

    Pelosi for President…you need to focus on your namesake who is the defendant in several lawsuits, and she is now in default! Arizona, New Hampshire and even Washington, D.C. In Federal court in Tennessee! Next one in CA, called Dummett’s Dictum, represented by Orly, may even include MISPRISION for knowingly in 2008 certifying to the Sec’s of State that Obama was Constitutionally eligible to be placed on the ballot when he wasn’t, and PREVENTING HER FROM DOING IT AGAIN IN 2012. Pelosi is first with more to follow. If you are concerned about ANYBODY, it is Pelosi headed to prison!! Have a nice day PfP!

    On ORYR, Sheriff Arpaio said he’s investigating Obama’s social security # which shouldn’t be a Connecticut #. Also said he spoke with Breitbart 4 hours before Breitbart died. There’s blood in the water right now and it’s not just Breitbart’s. Obama is starting to feel the pinch. Keep at it Orly and everyone else that has been working on exposing the resident in chief.

    I wish all the people after Obama right now would stop attacking each other and keep focused. The forger is going down!

    Mitch Daniels just appointed him 1 month ago. Interesting, there is a PDF of his oath of office searching google. I think the good guys are quietly helping Orly. Go Orly!

    The liar and chief will be at Freightliner,Mount Holly,N.C. on Wednesday March7,2012…The employees were told to take the day off with pay (1st time I know of in the past 30 years)…I wonder if Dr. Dieter Zetsche will be here from Daimler Benz to welcome him? Well he doesn’t have to abide by the unconstitutional laws passed by the so called POTUS.
