Анатолий Кучерена

Анато́лий Григо́рьевич Кучере́на (род. 23 августа 1960(19600823) с. Мындра, Каларашский район, Молдавская ССР, СССР) — российский адвокат, доктор юридических наук, профессор, член Общественной палаты, председатель Общественного совета при МВД РФ.

Служба в армии, образование, учёные степени[править]

Родился 23 августа 1960 года в селе Мындра Каларашского р-на Молдавской ССР в семье агронома. По национальности молдаванин.

В 1979—1981 годах проходил срочную службу в Советской Армии (ракетные войска).

Окончил Всесоюзный Заочный юридический институт (ВЮЗИ) (1991, ныне — Московская государственная юридическая академия). Кандидат юридических наук (1999, тема диссертации: «Административная юстиция в механизме защиты прав и свобод человека и гражданина в Российской Федерации»). Доктор юридических наук (2003; тема диссертации: «Роль адвокатуры в становлении гражданского общества в России»).

    CNN now reporting on “Birtherism” in Venezuela, as “Dual Citizenship” precludes would-be candidates from running for the highest office in that country.

    CNN also says that US “birthers” maintain that Obama is NOT ELIGIBLE because they think he was born somewhere other than the USA.

    Does CNN have its act together? Is DUAL CITIZENSHIP allowed in the office of US President? (Former or current)

    Good that CNN brings up US and VENEZUELA “Birtherism,” but they have US “birtherism” reduced to a caricature. It shows they only RESEARCH what they want to and freely close their eyes to that which they find non-enticing.

    No wonder they are NOT Number one in the news world.
