Thank You for your Rapid Response
and
Thank You for your Service to our Great Nation
Yes, I do know that You are an Association. Yes, I do know that You nor any of the states, individually, are The NGB.
Sorry to hear about not having an IG as the state of California cannot be trusted to clean up its own mess as it has not done so for over 10+ years and are Praying to GOD that the incident in question goes away.
In May 2002, a Male soldier was Raped & Sodomized by 6 Counterintelligence Agents at Camp Roberts in California.
This incident was Intentionally covered up by the ENTIRE Command, (A Co 250th, The Bn HQ, The 40th ID, The CaArNG, the US Army, and NGB!
1st Lady Laura Bush sent me a letter stating that she would send a “representative” to investigate my assertions regarding the camp Roberts Incident and she did: She Sent a CA State Senator who Did NOT Speak with the Victim, did NOT speak with any of the Witnesses, & Did NOT Speak with Me (the Victim’s Platoon Sgt).
The CaArNG sent the Victim to a War Zone in the Balkans and I was let go from the Guard due to “Being TOO MORAL”! This all took place just a few years Before Abu Ghraib in Iraq!
Thank You for any assistance that You may be able to render as I would Love to come back and serve my country for a 3rd time and receive a “retirement” that would help me greatly as I am currently residing in a Homeless Shelter for Veterans in Oceanside..
Have a Great Day
&
GOD Bless

Ps….tried in vain to get into the “non-paid” Voluntary CSMR (for retirement points) and was 95% complete in paperwork etc……and
then “they” found out about the Camp Roberts Incident and they Let me Go………………………. …………As I sought the Truth and wanted Justice for my Soldier and myself.

Unfortunately, events like this happen way too often. Lefties complain about rampant rape culture in colleges, but don’t care about it in the military. Commanders have way too much leverage and control over investigations of their own troops. After being victimized, veterans often leave the service. They can file claims for VA compensation for PTSD or Military Sexual Trauma (MST), but it is a nightmare to get these type of claims approved. Even if they are approved and veterans are unable to work, the amount they receive in monthly payments is often very insufficient to compensate them for realistic lost earnings and actual loss of quality of life.
