Dr. Taitz, is disengenuous, chicken-hearted, and intellectually bankrupt for you to leave my legal commentary in moderation while approving other comments that agree with your analysis

What is wrong with a legal discussion in the light of day? If you have a countering position based in case law, Constitution or statute, then bring it.

Rae, I will post your commentary right after you agree to have a legal and factual discussion at American Bar association meeting about treason committed by high ranking judges covering up Obama’s use of a stolen CT Social Security number and fabricated IDs. Should we arrange that?

    Way to go Orly. Quickest way to shut a liberal up is to point out their hypocrisy. The smoking gun of their disillusionment is the fact they never see this double standard.

    And what exactly do you think the ABA could do about any of it even if it were true? Cancel their membership? If they were members, of course. Only about 20% are members.

    And why are you afraid to have a legal debate? Are you afraid your followers might learn something you don’t want them to know? About secession perhaps? Other legal issues?

    You are such a great legal and constitutional scholar. How could you possibly lose an honest debate?

    That is how they operate. The judges, courts, and congress, are bought and paid for or are actual foreign agents, and the media is bribed or threatened with no telling the the extent of retaliation.

    Nothing is subjected to public scrutiny or opinion without direct approval from the top. Only the most irrelevant is open to public discourse merely for the benefit of distraction.

    You can bet any agreement for a discussion or debate from any government official is going to be intolerably conditional.

    Our district currently has an election for District Judge to be voted on in November. I ask one of the candidates if she believed in the Second Amendment or the death penalty and she would not tell us. The candidate replied that due to the Code of Official Conduct she is not allowed to tell us her beliefs. All she would say is that she will uphold State and Constitutional Law. So we know all about her organizations that she belonged to,her education and her family status but nothing about the basis for her judicial decisions.

    yes, she works in Orange county CA and I met her in court
