I listened to your concerns, and I came to the interview with an observer, who is a prominent attorney and a business community leader in New York, to make sure there will be record of the interview, and make sure the truth was not bent out of shape. I believe the producers Kate Henson and Payal Bawa really got the message, that if NBC does not clear it’s act and does not stop the despicable behavior shown by Keith Olbermann, Rachel Maddow, Chris Mattews and a few others, there will be consequences. They cannot continue the defamation of character and slander unpunished. This is a large company with large parent companies such as GE and Comcast and NBC transmitts in large markets, including ones with the jurisdiction very favorable to plaintiffs, who were defamed by the media.
The interview lasted 2 hours and 20 minutes, I don’t know how much of it will make it to the documentary. One of my most prominent clients and plaintiffs, ambassador Alan Keyes will be interviewed as well. There will be interviews of a conservative Prinston professor and two prominent conservative talk show hosts. The documentary will come out in March and I was told that it will run some 20 times on different channels and time slots.
Keep in mind, on December 1st it was announced that Comcast purchased large chunk of GE shares and became 51% shareholder of NBC Universal. With the new ownership and new blood there might be a change in the direction. Brian Roberts, the CEO and President of Comcast knows that he needs to show performance, recoup $6.5 billion in cash spent on this deal. Jeffrey Immel, the CEO of GE was pommelled this whole year for his failing performance and a huge slump in value of the shares during his tenure. They know that they face not only defamation law suits but also derivative law suits from the shareholders and even a vote of non-confidence from the shareholders if NBC continues with business as usual and along the downward spiral shown by the the whole segment of MSM aside from FOX.
Prior to the interview, as I was waiting for the producer to lead me to the studio, I looked at the monitors. Morning news reporters were talking about the fact that the public doesn’t want Obamacare with about 2;1 margin. They talked about Obama’s slump in the polls. While I could still see a difference between NBC and FOX reporting, I called my husband and he told me FOX was showing 43% approval, while I saw on the monitor NBC showing 47% approval, still I could see a shift from being an “Obama regime propaganda machine” to more truthful reporting. Let’s hope they will continue on this rout and let’s hope other networks will follow the suit.
On other fronts: two appeals were filled in the 11th circuit in Atlanta, I will keep you apprised of the dates of the hearings. Carter responded to the motion for clarification, with an order that his decision was with prejudice and without leave to amend which means even more grounds for appeal, which I can submit, and will submit within 30 days and will keep you apprised of the dates of the hearings in the 9th circuit court of appeals. No answer yet from US attorney for the District of Columbia Channing Phillips and US Attorney General Eric Holder. Meetings with some congressmen are in the works, as we are pushing for their demand for the Judicial committee Hearings. All of the senators, members of the senate Judicial Committee, received dossiers by Certified mail and are on notice, as well as numerous state Attorney General and US Attorneys. As funding allows more different types of actions will be filled in different jurisdictions.

Dear Dr. Orly-This sounds good, you brought a prominent attorney with you as a witness-just report the facts. I’m sure you know Rasmussen has had Obama in the negatives since June 30, today he was at -14, within this week -15, average -13. Rasmussen in my opinion has always been the most accurate. I wonder if they fail to realize that many others who believe in the Constitution also have suits and actions going on, and did you see the hastily formed Tea Party is the bigger than the Dems and Republicans. I’m a registered Democrat who could NOT vote for Obama, except for Obama’s wacked-out wing we will be going Republican in future elections. I think the Tea Party will merge Republicans, Dem, Independents and not affiliated. That reminds me we need to get people to start registering now so that they can vote all the corrupt ones out. I wish I could figure out how to make GiGi Gaston’s “We will not be Silenced” go viral, that vidio has to be everybody’s first clue.

Your update news is very encouraging—you did good to have a “witness” with you. There is a great deal at stake for NBC and their new owners to turn things around a bit. The fact that NBC has begun to present approval poll results is very indicative of some degree of change.
Too bad we have to wait so long for the interview to air, but I’m sure some more “good stuff” will be available by then. However, other networks may not want NBC to one-up them and begin to address the issue also. You may well have started the feeding frenzy.

I was worried for your interview with the leftist media, worried for the cause because I don’t think they can be trusted for ‘truth reporting,’ and mostly worried for your safety. The words, “Come into my web said the spider to the fly” kept going through my head. lol God Bless You and stay safe whatever you do. I will be sending a check soon. Orly….we love what you are doing for this beloved country, but do us all a favor and put everything aside to spend time with your family, with no talk about the marxist in the WH, over Christmas. My Captain, my Captain, I stand down on my plea for you to cancel. You followed your own intuition which is the best there is when your dignity and reputation is on the line. I am very much still behind you.
Was it not NBC’s Saturday Night Live that made Obama look very bad in those two opening skits? (I refused to tell you this before hand LOL). They got a lot of laughs also, and many were Obama boys in the audience.
I have been wrestling around with the 5 months on hold, and I feel that NBC is protecting NBC. For example, they know about the 12 indictments and the other cases that Obama essentially lost (yours and two others). Now thinking like an NBC CEO, suppose some court finds one of these indictments, or indeed other dismissals for “standing”, etc. worthy of trial. If it begins to look bad for Obama, NBC can blow the start whistle early and your documentary “scoops” the hell out of the other networks. Now this ain’t bad for NBC, especially in their dire need for ratings. On the other hand, if Obama breaks his current slide, then NBC can resume their “charter” and hang in there with pro Obama stuff. Hey it’s one those “win win” situations for NBC, eh?
Anyhow, my Captain, your decision to bring an attorney with you is not bad at all. Good luck and keep on trucking.

My lovely Jewish bride thinks that “national socialists”, commies who claim to love their country, A.K.A. liberal/Obots, should be opposed. I only know one way of doing that. Every effort you put forth through the legal system prevents blood from being shed, so keep going. Smart to bring a lawyer with you to NBC.

Thank you for the update on all the developments. Another point to consider about the NBC documentary, is that if the POTUS de facto suddenly resigns to escape scrutiny, or your demand for QUO WARRANTO proves Ineligibility, NBC will be one up on all the competitors and have millions and millions of viewers whatever evening they air it. Long term planning…..advertisers will come out of the woodwork…somebody is doing the math even as you progress. Once the other networks realize what NBC is intuiting, they will be rushing to interview you too. I think there is light at the end of the tunnel, and your bravery is the torch which is illuminating the Nation and the International Community which is following this story VERY CLOSELY! Orly– I can’t emphathize enough from my personal belief that BHO is a fraud and usurper as well as a dangerous person for the continuity of our Constitutional way of life, that as a person who is the hope for our spirit, you use every opportuity to lay out the Constitutional case against BHO being POTUSA. TO wit:
Article 1, Section 8, requirement #9 requires Congress”To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high seas, and OFFENSES AGAINST THE LAW OF NATIONS.”
It is the LAW of NATIONS which the founders addressed and by it gave authoritative defnition to “natural born citizen” which in turn gave standing to the requirement that POTUSA be a “natural born citizen”.This in turn makes BHO ineligable for POTUSA.
We know the Congress will not act to carry out it’s obligation to uphold the Constitution and it is very unlikely that the courts all the way thru the SCOTUSA will find any such obligation(witness buddy-buddy meeting of SC members with BHO before the election even while there were eligability charges being filed).
As futile as any resolution seems , I believe it is very important to make this scenario clearly out to every citezen and eventually the honest and loyal people, perhaps even judges, will act to make our Constitution a livng authority.
