Above article: $25 billion for California illegals. New reservoir cost: $7 billion. Do the math. Several new reservoirs possible without additional taxpayer cost as billions are already going to illegals!!!!

    What is truly needed in CA is a move to coastal

    desalinization treatment plants. URGENT!!!

    Use Pacific water for potable water (non-saline).

    Crisis resolved. Do it now! Boxer and old

    there is a huge bureaucracy, which prevents construction of desalinization plants
