Check this out Leo Donofrio has a client that caught hawaii violating their own State laws…..now it appears that we have a right to see BO’s birth Certificate and the State provides for a suit in the circuit court to expose any document that the State uses to make claims ….

There were rumors and rumblings last night OBAMA had been given until noon today to resign, then WE heard it was extended till 6p.m. tonight.
WE now hear the Supreme Court and the World Court have today ruled that OBAMA is to be charged with 36 counts of theft, embezzlement, fraud, etc. including TREASON, a Capital Offense. And, that we will return to the Constitution and Article III Courts at midnight tonight. And, that the Corporation is dissolved and no longer exists.
WE hear that OBAMA has been notified he is no longer President.
WE hear OBAMA told both Courts to kiss his ass and that he would claim its all about race.
WE hear the Supreme Court will make announcements tomorrow.

Orly – I have read it. And while I have to admit that I don’t understand very much of it, I can tell it is a masterpiece. Did you write all of that just over the weekend?
Your standing argument, if accepted, will certainly make new law. We the People will then be able to file all the lawsuits we want to challenge everything the Obama administration does. We will clog the courts.

Leo says it does NOT mean that we have a right to see Obama’s birth certificate, and he doesn’t know where this will lead but it’s promising. We’ll get to know a little more than we did before this case. Orly should stay on top of this.

To Don Lovvo: This means that his vital records have been amended and that they are not the original. In substance what Hawaii is doing is trying to cover thier behinds. They are trying to say this is not a real birth certificate, but just do not want to say it to save face.

Dr. Orly – I cannot tell you how much awe I have for you and your obviously brilliant legal abilities. I have read the preliminary opposition 4 times now and I still don’t understand much of it. Especially about the Equinox. But I am sure it must be profound. And brilliant!
I have sent more money by PayPal. It was all I had this week after buying food for my 5 half-orphanzed children. Welfare isn’t paying me much this days — obviously because of Obama — and my unemployment check was paid as a voucher by the bankrupt state of California.
Anyway I just wanted to express my astonishment at the cleverly worded papers. But they should have been longer. Much, much longer. Why stop at 35 pages when 50 or 60 will do. This is, after all, the most important lawsuit in the history of our Republic.
Thank God our Lady Liberty has taken up the cudgel.
Now I want to see a 30 or 40 page response to Judge Land in Georgia. You tell him, Lady Liberty.
Finally, I pray that your staning argument will be accepted. It is brilliant. If it is accepted we can file hundreds or thousands of lawsuits on behalf of WE THE PEOPLE. That should bring the government to a halt. And especially the military. They will never be able to issue another legal order again and the military will fall apart.
I am sure you will be able to protect us L:ady Liberty, from our enemies foreign and domestic when that happens. You and your mighty band of supporters, many of them involved in athletics.
