Orly, Phil promotes himself as the first to bring a suit against Obama, I don’t know much about Donofrio but I can assure you the work you are doing is hot. The important thing is to get rid of Obama because he is ineligible and to make sure that people quit overlooking the Constitution so much, but then, there is fame and glory here, too. There are pages in the history books. That is the thing that drives a lot of aggressive types where key ideas or works are involved. As much as a person doing the same work as you might share your goal, they want the glory and will be an obstacle to you hoping their work ultimately gets the recognition. This is all politics and part of the fame game that one sees in the arts and sciences, too. A lot of people are looking to you, I certainly am, and while your family suffers a bit and are concerned for you, at the level you are working it always takes that extra effort like you’ve been displaying. That kind of thing is very inspiring; you are inspiring. I believe you have your eyes set on the right thing where this nation is concerned and where freedom and the rule of law is concerned in western civilization. All I can do now is offer support and encouragement but you’re on to something big: you know it, Donofrio and Berg know it, everybody knows it. Now it is all about following through despite how so much more is forever needing to be done. |

I can think of 2 groups of people in the United States of America who already familiar with internment camps-the American Indians (reservations) and the Nisei Japanese-what a stain on American history.
Main article: Japanese Americans
Some US Nisei were born during the Baby Boom after the end of World War II; but most Nisei who were living in the western United States during WWII were forcibly interned with their parents (Nisei) and grandparents (Issei) after Executive Order 9066 was promulgated to exclude everyone of Japanese descent from large parts of the Western states. In some senses, the children of the Nisei seem to feel they are caught in a dilemma between their “quiet” Nisei parents and their other identity model of “verbal” Americans.[4] The Nisei of Hawaii had a somewhat different experience.
In the United States, two representative Nisei are Daniel Inouye and Fred Korematsu, but the individual life histories of all the Neisei are cumulatively creating a more complex tapestry than can be too casually summarized. Hawaiian-born Daniel Ken Inouye (井上 建, Inoue Ken?) was one of many young Nisei men who volunteered to fight in the nation’s military when restrictions against Japanese-American enlistment were removed in 1943. Fred Toyosaburo Korematsu (是松 豊三郎, Korematsu Toyosaburo ?) was one of the many Japanese-US.American citizens living on the West Coast who resisted internment during World War II.
Presidential Medal of Freedom awarded to Nisei Fred Korematsu. The Presidential Medal of Freedom, the highest civilian honor in the United States, was awarded to Korematsu in 1998. Korematsu lost a Supreme Court challenge in 1944 to the wartime internment of Japanese-Americans but gained vindication decades later.[5] At the White House award ceremonies, the President explained, “In the long history of our country’s constant search for justice, some names of ordinary citizens stand for millions of souls. Plessy, Brown, Parks … to that distinguished list, today we add the name of Fred Korematsu.”[6]
The overwhelming majority of Japanese-Americans had reacted to the internment by acquiescing to the government’s order, hoping to prove their loyalty as Americans. To them, Korematsu’s opposition was treacherous to both his country and his community. Across the span of decades, he was seen as a traitor, a test case, an embarrassment and, finally, a hero.[7]

Just like to mention or point out something obama said at the townhall meeting in Montana… he said “He believes in the Constitution”. This is important as it proves by him saying this, that there is cause or a good reason the people or citizens of the USA to have the right to question if he is eligible to be commander in chief.

I do think it’s a shame when everyone seeking the truth cannot unite and get it done. Anyone detracting from anyone else’s work or credibility is counterproductive. People who aren’t attorneys shouldn’t pretend to be.
Glory and fame shouldn’t even be a thought. Our nation is on the verge of financial, moral and political collapse, and apparently people are worried about who will get the credit in the history books. Everything is about to go up in flames, so why should that matter?
A large bank just collapsed today. I think there will be more. We are entering another Great Depression brought on by years of corruption in Washington but hastened by an ineligible usurper to the presidency that not one congressman had the guts to challenge. If everything goes up in flames, it will be largely their fault for their bad decisions, non-decisions, and obfuscation of the truth to the American people for many years.
And we as citizens haven’t been too good, either. While Rome has been burning, we have been sitting in front of our widescreen TVs, watching shows laced with profanity and nudity, neglecting our constitutional duties. I do not watch TV at all, but I admit that at age 51 and looking back, I could have gotten involved much earlier in my life. I’ve been paying attention for about a dozen years now, but I should have done so from the time I entered adulthood.
We’re not taught to do that in government schools. We’re not taught the Constitution and Bill of Rights. We never thought Congress, the Judiciary and the Executive Branch would take away our freedom. But they have, and it is in the form of an illegally elected president, Barry Soetoro/Barack Obama. What’s happened is beyond credulity, and we are living a nightmare every day that no judge seems to have the nerve to end. Perhaps Judge Carter will be instrumental in saving our nation from total ruin.
Of course, I put my faith in God, first and foremost. No human being can do what He can do. We all need to turn back to God by falling on our knees literally and asking him for help and redemption. He knows we need it.
