Great news in FL

Posted on | February 11, 2012 | 47 Comments

It has been reported that Larry Kleyman, founder of the judicial watch, will be filing a ballot challenge to Obama in FL. I think, this is great news.  More challenges give more visibility to the issue. His challenge is expected in a week.

Perhaps people willing to donate to the cause should think about where their money goes before jumping on the Klayman bandwagson.

Maybe not such great news, and money that is being taken right out of your pocket, $25,000 to be exact, if it’s raised, for a guy who sued his own mother, who was suffering from dementia at the time, for reimbursement for caring for her; is under indictment in Ohio for criminal non-support of his children (deadbeat dad); was banned for life from a California courtroom; had his law license suspended by the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania; accused by Judicial Watch of misappropriating more than $200,000; and sanctioned and reprimanded by the Supreme Court of Florida, on behalf of the Florida Bar, only six months ago, this stemming from the last time he screwed somebody out of a $25,000 retainer; and who, by the way, is not licensed in CA.

    4. had his law license suspended by the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania

No, more challenges just helps make you lot look desperate and incredulous.

“How do you know, that he is broke?”

That’s what he wrote in a letter to the Florida Bar when he was disciplined a couple months ago. He said he was broke.

What we need is as many people as we can get filing these suits. You have been carrying the load alone long enough.

Well, since Obama was the only candidate on the Florida Democratic Primary ballot, they didn’t print any ballots and the Primary was effectively cancelled this year.

So I’m not quite sure what he’s challenging. He can’t file a general election challenge until after the Democratic Convention.

The Miami NewTimes reports that Klayman wrote this to the Florida Bar:

I have and have had very little funds, as my financial situation continues to be dire. I do not own any investments or retirement plans and just have a few pieces of jewelry and clothing, a television, a radio, a bed and clothing and shoes. I rent my apartment. The jewelry is a watch which is of negligible value, and consists of a watch and a ring valued currently under $200.00.

However, success should not be confused with wealth.

    February 11th, 2012 @ 7:56 pm

    Orly,

It’s the same person. There is no doubt. Kleyman and Klayman are one and the same.

Google “Larry Klayman” and “Florida bar” and you will see, it is the same one. (Or you can, use your Yahoo.)

Klayman was accused, of taking $25000 from his client and not doing any work for it. And not, returning the money. Thus, his assets, became an important issue. The discipline, in Florida was public. Just like for someone else, we know who was disbarred, in Florida.

Klayman would be, taking away donations that should rightfully go to you, so I am not endorsing or backing him.

  28. Micheal
    February 12th, 2012 @ 7:07 am

No mixup. Larry “KLAYMAN” is the correct name.

“Kleyman” is a misspelling, no such attorney.

TO RESEARCH: Read the article at birtherreport.com:

“Judicial Watch Founder To Take On Obama Ballot Access Challenges In Florida and California”

Then Google “larry klayman attorney”. Read the articles — DON’T SKIP the ones from from anti-birther sites. Just follow their links to documents.

FACT: Klayman WAS disciplined by the Florida Bar and the Bar posts the case documents online for anyone to read. Not private.

EMERGENCY: There does seem to be a Florida ballot challenge time limit that will expire in a few days. A successful challenge in Florida would cost Obama the election.

It may be too late now – only days or hours to file in Florida. This is not the time to be shopping for an attorney.

BOTTOM LINE: Klayman may be great news — He could change history by disabling Obama. Or – he may be broke looking for a $25,000 retainer. I just don’t know if I should contribute money or not.

  29. Micheal
    February 12th, 2012 @ 7:21 am

More about Florida — regardless if attorney Klayman is involved or not —

ONE VOTER IS FILING A FLORIDA CHALLENGE.

This may be possible even though there was no Democrat primary, because Obama’s certification apparently needs to be certified. So this may mean that there was a “defacto” election. If so, the filing window is OPEN but EXPIRING.

Considering how critical Florida is, Obama will do anything necessary to get this suit dismissed.

If the challenge has merit, this individual will need all the legal support he can get!

  31. orly taitz
    February 12th, 2012 @ 8:28 am

how do you know, that he is charging $25,000?
Do they have a primary in FL or do they have caucuses?
Is Klayman filing a limited Article2 challenge quoting Minor v Happersett only, which will go nowhere, or is he bringing forward all the evidence of BC forgery and SSN fraud?
why was he disciplined by FL bar, what did he do?

  32. orly taitz

The unhinged prose that followed responded to an item filed by Newsweek reporter Daniel Klaidman.

Klayman did not dispute the fact that he is suing his mother, Shirley Feinberg. He claims his mom won’t pay him back $50,000 he spent on private nurses for her mother, his grandmother, Yetta Goldberg, who died last August at 89.

He did not want this suit to become public, but the Clintonites, he asserted, learned about it and leaked word to Newsweek.
