Presidential spokesman Robert Gibbs bends over laughing at a question over Obama’s eligibility
WASHINGTON – Somebody finally asked Barack Obama’s White House press secretary about the president’s elusive birth certificate.
When asked by WND White House correspondent Les Kinsolving why the president, who has pledged transparency in his administration, would not release his long-form birth certificate to establish his constitutional eligibility for office, spokesman Robert Gibbs guffawed in unison with members of the Washington press corps about the concerns of 400,000 petitioners who have demanded it.
“Are you looking for the president’s birth certificate?” he asked incredulously. “Lester, this question in many ways continues to astound me. The state of Hawaii provided a copy with the seal of the president’s birth. I know there are apparently at least 400,000 people – (laughter) – that continue to doubt the existence of and the certification by the state of Hawaii of the president’s birth there, but it’s on the Internet because we put it on the Internet for each of those 400,000 to download. I certainly hope by the fourth year of our administration that we’ll have dealt with this burgeoning birth controversy.”

Gibbs just did by making the comment that he did. The BC is 100% valid and authentic or Gibbs would have never made that comment. Nor Hawaii. What part of that don’t you get?
Same way with DOJ and Homeland Security in their recent filed answers in the Skrunk lawsuit. (I believe that was the one.) They were very specific in their answers.
Same way with President Obama’s lawyer Robert Bauer.

I guess Berg does NOT realize that when there is a federal holiday ALL business gets pushed to the next business day. Even if taxes were due on the official holiday of Memorial Day, they would NOT considered late because everyone knows the deadline rolls to the NEXT BUSINESS DAY. What if April 15 were a Sunday???? ALL business rolls to the next day. Get the point, Phil.

Orly, you should maybe also now file an opposition to Berg’s latest motion for a default judgment against you, in addition to your already filed motion to set aside the entry of default.
Please check FRCP 55!!! So far, there has been a clerks entry of default entered on the docket, but as of today Berg has now also moved for a default judgment, which is different than just an entry of default according to Rule 55!!!
It seems moving for a default judgment is the next step after the entry of default appears on the docket. I would guess that now you may need to also respond again by filing an opposition to Berg’s new motion asking for a default judgment, just to be on the safe side!
Please do all that is needed here Orly, don’t let Berg bury you in motions and win on some silly technicality!! Oh how silly this all is, and what a waste of your presious time. Good luck!!

Sue I guess what astounds me is that you, an ignorant loser in the tank for the usurper, is allowed post you pathetic bull on this site. The photoshopped forged BC posted on the internet that the Communist Gibbs was referring to was not a legitimate vault copy long for birth certificate, rather is was a computer generated forged certificate of live birth that Hawaii makes available to anyone from anywhere who claims they were born and has a witness to prove it. The top forensic document experts in America verified the BC as an utter fake and poorly done at that! It’s anti-American haters of the Constitution like yourself, that support the overthrow of our government and the destruction of our nation, that will be responsible for the coming revolution. Better find a hole to crawl into or better yet just keep your current one! At least I had the courage and respect for the Constitution to serve the nation I love during a time of war …………and you! Oh, I forgot you do serve, as an internet troll!

Gibbs proved he is a liar by his statement to Les Kinsolving. He isn’t even good at covering his own tracks, let alone Obambi’s.
If the state of Hawaii released the BC as Gibbs claimed, it would have been out all over the blogs and news before the election, seeing as there was so much controversy about Obama’s past. Further, the director of the Hawaii Health Dept. stated firmly in her October 31, 2008 press release that she HAD NOT released the original…in fact, she stated that she “had the original on file in keeping with Hawaii policies and procedures.” I’ve read that statement of hers so many times that I have it memorized.
How, then, can Gibbs state so flippantly that the birth certificate was “put on the internet for 400,000 people to download”? Did Gibbs or someone else in the Obama camp somehow obtain the BC, even when the health department stated that Obama himself had to request it, and there was no such record of a request?
Andy Martin has appealed his case to a district court in Hawaii based on the fact that no one other than Ms. Fukino and one other person, according to her, have seen Obama’s original birth certificate. Why would he file and pursue a lawsuit over the matter if Gibbs & Co. had released the document in question? The fact is that Gibbs LIED to the entire White House press corps and laughed nervously to cover up his treachery.
Anyone supporting Obama is also a crook, in my opinion. Why would ANYONE want a liar, dissembler, criminal and foreigner in the White House? How could ANYONE possibly defend him at this point?

Orly, one last suggestion, as I see you won’t let any of my comments through so I am giving up after this one.
When you file motions/oppositions/responses with the Court, you need to cite case law to support your arguments. This case is presently in the Third Circuit, so, you need to find decisions by the Third Circuit that support your arguments and then cite those cases for the Court. Clearly you already know that decisions by the Third Circuit Court of Appeals (the Court that is higher than the District Court) are best, but decisions from the District Court are good too!
Make sure the decisions you cite are good law (not overturned by some later decision). They expect you to offer legal authority (cases) to support your arguments and it is really important to do that from what I can tell (use the “Blue Book” to figure out correct citation form).
This part is pretty important if you want to win! Good Luck, hope that helps some.

I HAVE AN IDEA: Why don’t all the idiots out there who use Rule 5 of Saul Alinsky–Ridicule your opponents–from “Rules for Radicals” try this: Get your laptop and a scanner or camera and scan/upload YOUR birth certificate copy, black out the serial number, and then pack it up (make sure the battery is charged) and take it with you to the Division of Motor Vehicles in your state, drop it on the counter (gently) and pull up a copy of your scanned birth certificate. Next, let us know what the state employee says to you–can you use it as an authentic copy or an original and they accept as such OR WILL THEY NOT accept it because it is a scanned/photographed image and can be altered. Please try to use the argument that Obama had his birth certiicate up on the Internet and that was accepted as a legitimate copy so why can’t yours. Do you get he picture yet? You fools.

Riddle, I’ve asked the following question for over 6 months.
I’ve yet to get anyone to reply with a real answer.
Let me try you with it:
If the longform BC was released, what method would you suggest be provided so everyone believes it’s real?
That is, you don’t believe scans, you don’t believe the word of the health director or Hawaii’s governor, you don’t believe factcheck.
Fine.
How then do “the people” actually verify the certificate?
A house to house tour with the document?
Perhaps there’s someone you DO trust that, once they see it, you would believe it too?
Who would that someone be?

1. due to the fact that BO’s father was not a US citizen he never qualified, regardless of what is in HI. He is not a natural born citizen
2. when the BC in HI is unsealed, we will see if he is even a citizen. It is supposed to give us the name of the hospital and signatures of 3 attendies. The hospital should have a whole big file. One can forge one piece of paper, but it is hard to forge a whole file. At this point it is enough to bring two forensic document experts and check the file and the BC.
Bottom line, as I see it, he is either a US citizen committing massive fraud and treason or a foreign national committing massive fraud.

Or perhaps, given birth announcements, video of him playing basketball in a Hawaiian school, acceptance by all governing bodies and law enforcement, that you’re simply mistaken.
It happens to all of us.
Perhaps you just let your suspicions and bias paint a picture that excludes all reasonable evidence and instead embraces an extremely unlikely scenario.
Perhaps your argument is more in check with flat-Earthers, Holocaust deniers and others who, despite a huge wealth of opposing evidence, choose to cling to their beliefs.
Perhaps.
But I’ll tell you one thing.
You should consider hiring REAL accredited document analysis people instead of Ron Polarik if what you’re expecting to present is to be called evidence.
That’s the big hole in all of these cases.
There’s no real evidence, just suggestions and supposition.
Even know this is a huge weak spot in these cases.
Even FOX News has said they’ll show off these cases IF and WHEN they produce some hard evidence.
Why not let Berg’s failure serve as indication of where your own cases will end up? He is using the same “evidence” as you are (Polarik) and hasn’t had any success either.
You need a real smoking gun, not someone that says “I smell gunpowder.”
You need the goods and in my own opinion, you don’t have them because they don’t exist.
Obama was born in Hawaii and proving otherwise would be like proving he’s from Mars.
There’s no evidence, because it’s not true.
With only speculative “evidence”, you don’t get into court.
With actual hard evidence, you do.
It’s that simple.

I have a statement by Sandra Ramsey Lines, one of the top forensic experts. Additionally, it is more then HI. As I said repeatedly, the most important issue is the fact that his father had British citizenship and he had dual citizenship at birth.
Lastly, you should be ashamed to talk about holocaust and comapre this to holocaust. My father in law is a holocaust survivor and I don’t joke about such issues. You cannot compare the issue of illegitimacy to presidency to murder of millions of innocent people.
One thing I can tell you, if we do not demand accountability both on the issue of the legitimacy to presidency and other issues such as billions of dollars missing from our treasury, assult on our civil liberties and Constitutional freedoms, we will see holocaust in this country pretty soon. I’ve seen it in the Soviet union and I can tell you with certainty that it is going in that diection.
