Easterling et al v Obama et al will be resubmitted to the Supreme Court (SCOTUS )this week. You can call or write SCOTUS and demand that they hear this case.
Officer Dischler of Beaumont police has investigated expert reports that I provided, showing numerous signs of forgery in Obama’s certification of live Birth, that he posted on the Internet and his Selective Service Certificate, as well as a list of 100 addresses and 25 social security numbers for Brack H. Obama that was provided.
Jennifer Johnson, Beaumont Examiner Reporter has interviewed Beaumont Chief of Police Frank Coffin. In her article she quoted the Chief saying that they will not investigate Obama for forgery because it is a political matter and to add insult to injury, he stated that they will investigate the officer, who dared to investigate Obama. Upon receiving the news of this disposition of my criminal complaint in Beaumont, I have filed a Criminal complaint with Rebecca A. Gregory a US attorney for the Eastern District of TX (recently Obama administration replaced Ms. Gregory by another attorney) demanding criminal investigation and subpoena of all of Obama’s vital records, including his passports from Indonesia and US and his original birth certificate from Hi. This Birth Certificate is supposed to show us the name of the hospital where he was born, so we can get the hospital file. I demanded investigating not only of Obama for suspected forgery, uttering, fraud, perjury and elections fraud, but also Chief of Police of Beaumont Frank Coffin for violation of citizen’s constitutional rights under the color of authority.
The letter was cc-ed to Rick Perry, Governor of TX. Mr Cabrero, Legal counsel to Governor Perry of TX has responded to my complaint within one day. He stated that we need to go the District Attorney first. Please visit Tom Manning, Jefferson County DA and demand subpoena of all of Obama’s vital records. I need an answer one way or the other: either subpoena asap or a letter of refusal to investigate, so I can go back to Rick Perry. At that point he can mandate Attorney General Greg Abbot to start criminal investigation and subpoena the records or he can become an additional plaintiff in my law suit at SCOTUS and this way the case cannot be refused by the Supreme Court, as it will include a dispute between two states. TX will be demanding Obama’s vital records from HI.
Please lobby your governors to join this legal action. We already have over 100 members of the military, many of them are active, many are high ranked officers, we have 10 state representatives, Ambassador Keyes, who was a presidential candidate from the American Independant party, Gail Lightfoot, a vice presidential candidate in CA for Ron Paul and an elector. One governor will make this law suit an offer, the Supreme Court cannot refuse.
Please work hard, lobby your governors, your future and the future of your children and grandchildren is in your hands.

why dont ask gov. Palin?? seems as a state governor and as an injured part from election, that she be an ideal choice that hold no love for the usurper or his buddys

a number of people tried to reach her, but couldn’t. I don’t know, whether it is a function of gate keepers or she is concerned about her future career and made the same type of a deal as most Republicans, namely a deal to be silent

Talking to sympathetic radio hosts is a good idea, but it doesnt get the message out. You need to beard the lion the the den, so to speak. Namely talk to possibly hostile radio hosts. You need to face down the obama supporters in their lairs, on their show, and plant the seeds of doubt in their heads. And there are three talk show hosts that you might be able to pull it off on.
Two are on Jones Radio Networks.
Stephanie Miller – Daughter of GOP Congressman and former GOP chairman William E. Miller, who was Barry Goldwaters VP choice in the 1964 election. Shes a liberal, but usually has conservative voices on her show, the more provocative the better. And her co-host Jim Ward is very knowledgible on conspiracies and groups like the bilderbugers and the like.
Ed Schultz – Pro Gun, former conservative, usually bumps conservatives to the “front of the line”
One is on Air America.
Ron Reagan – Son of former President Ronald Reagan, though like Miller hes fallen far from his fathers tree. Still, people listen to him because of his father.
Im not going to deny they may be hostile to you. But they would offer a chance to get your message out to people who may very well never heard of it. And there may be enough unhappy dems with buyers remorse over the snake oil they were sold that they might be willing to listen because theyre angry over being misled. If anyone can beard the lion in the den, its you.
