Ms. Taitz: I could be wrong, but I don’t believe the military is going to release CIC orders, especially as it would reveal how we are dealing with people we are at war with?
Is that the type of thing you are asking for or am I misinterpreting your query?
Thank you.

Orly, ask your Patriots to try this URL (link) and then bookmark it for a TEMPLATE.
Delete ‘iraq’ and substitute ‘pakistan’; then delete ‘pakistan’ and enter ‘afghanistan’.
https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&tbo=1&newwindow=1&as_q=obama+orders+iraq&as_epq=&as_oq=&as_eq=&num=100&lr=&as_filetype=&ft=i&as_sitesearch=&as_qdr=y&as_rights=&as_occt=body&cr=&as_nlo=&as_nhi=&safe=active
The ‘allintext:’ term means your search terms must show up in the pages’ text, not solely in links to other pages containing those terms, which can be extremely frustrating and antiproductive.
HOW one searches Google determines the number and quality of the finds.

I checked with one of the top Constitutional scholars, Harvard graduate. He stated that showing a specific order given by BO, as commander in chief, gives strength to the case, particularly as part of my plaintiffs are active military. It provides more clear path of causation. Can you help?

[[ Obama orders 17,000 U.S. troops to Afghanistan
Tue Feb 17, 2009 6:57pm EST
By Andrew Gray
WASHINGTON (Reuters) – President Barack Obama, in his first major military decision, has ordered 17,000 more U.S. troops to Afghanistan to tackle worsening insurgent violence, the White House said on Tuesday.
. . .
“The decision was communicated to the Pentagon yesterday. The orders were signed today,” White House spokesman Robert Gibbs told reporters traveling with Obama in Denver. ]]

[[ Obama Orders Pentagon to “Rejuvenate Contingency Plans” for Iran Attack
Press TV
May 23, 2009
As Washington gets updates on Israeli plans to strike Iran, US President Barack Obama orders the Pentagon to rejuvenate contingency plans for the use of military in Iran.
Despite the prospects of diplomatic engagement with Tehran over its nuclear program, Defense Secretary and Pentagon chief Robert Gates said Friday that the White House has not ruled out the possibility of a military strike if diplomacy was to fail. ]]

Anonymous, thank you. One small problem: an article is from Infowars, I understand it is Alex Jones, I need the original, as it might be considered hearsay, meaning reprint of a reprint. Is there a press release from the White House or DOD, that gives the actual wording, date and so on?
May 25th, 2009 @ 8:34 am
Whatever is public information should be available here or a link to it…
https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing_room/executive_orders/
I would “think” it would be difficult to find actual signed orders to the military of a sitting president, but I could be wrong, of course. I’ll keep looking. Hope this helps a little.
May 25th, 2009 @ 6:51 pm
Orly, the DOD site still has no info about Obama ordering the Pentagon to “rejuvenate contingency plans” for an Iran attack.
Originally, Gates had relayed Obama’s order to the NBC television president, but I cannot find anything about it at NBC’s site or at the MSNBC news site.
However, here is something else that must not be allowed to happen:
[[ The Birth Certificate Protection Act
A bill approved by the House of Representatives and referred to the Senate would prohibit federal employees of executive branch from being compelled to release any document unless a court makes a specified determination by a preponderance of evidence — legislation at least one group suspects is designed to protect Barack Obama’s elusive birth certificate from release. ]]
More at “The Obama File”:

The extract tries to link to the full article by World Net Daily, but the link is bad and I cannot find the article at WND.
At any rate, The Obama File is a very good resource for learning about Obama’s latest edicts and actions.

Dr. Orly,
Having checked the White House website, there is a list of Executive Orders and mems., but the only thing pertaining to the military is the Closure of G.Bay. In addition, I found this and thought it was quite funny coming from Barry/Obama pertaining to the Freedom of Information Act. I wonder if his own words could be used against him?? This was signed by Barry/Obama in January 09. Here is the link.

MEMORANDUM FOR THE HEADS OF EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENTS AND AGENCIES
SUBJECT: Freedom of Information Act
A democracy requires accountability, and accountability requires transparency. As Justice Louis Brandeis wrote, “sunlight is said to be the best of disinfectants.” In our democracy, the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), which encourages accountability through transparency, is the most prominent expression of a profound national commitment to ensuring an open Government. At the heart of that commitment is the idea that accountability is in the interest of the Government and the citizenry alike.
The Freedom of Information Act should be administered with a clear presumption: In the face of doubt, openness prevails. The Government should not keep information confidential merely because public officials might be embarrassed by disclosure, because errors and failures might be revealed, or because of speculative or abstract fears. Nondisclosure should never be based on an effort to protect the personal interests of Government officials at the expense of those they are supposed to serve. In responding to requests under the FOIA, executive branch agencies (agencies) should act promptly and in a spirit of cooperation, recognizing that such agencies are servants of the public.
All agencies should adopt a presumption in favor of disclosure, in order to renew their commitment to the principles embodied in FOIA, and to usher in a new era of open Government. The presumption of disclosure should be applied to all decisions involving FOIA.
The presumption of disclosure also means that agencies should take affirmative steps to make information public. They should not wait for specific requests from the public. All agencies should use modern technology to inform citizens about what is known and done by their Government. Disclosure should be timely.
I direct the Attorney General to issue new guidelines governing the FOIA to the heads of executive departments and agencies, reaffirming the commitment to accountability and transparency, and to publish such guidelines in the Federal Register. In doing so, the Attorney General should review FOIA reports produced by the agencies under Executive Order 13392 of December 14, 2005. I also direct the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to update guidance to the agencies to increase and improve information dissemination to the public, including through the use of new technologies, and to publish such guidance in the Federal Register.
This memorandum does not create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.
The Director of the Office of Management and Budget is hereby authorized and directed to publish this memorandum in the Federal Register.

Dr. Orly,
Here is another link with E.O. Mems and Procs. Also, remember than the
Weapon Systems Acquisition Reform Act of 2009 (S. 454) is a recent one, not on the list yet. In addition, there is a wealth of information pertaining to his interaction with Military officials, strategy in Iraq, ect.

Dr. Orly,
You are more than welcome. I simply wish I still had my Nexis account in order to assist you further than lookup. I will be moving next week from the Scottsboro Alabama area – to – Tennessee. I will change email address, but keep the name William as a poster. Whist lay off at this time from work; I will try to find time to research at the law library in Chattanooga.
Sincerely,
William
