I don’t think private townships intertwine at all with any city or county authority. So the buck just stops there.

Look at Louisiana. I know Louisiana is divided up into Parishes. I believe they have a judge presiding over each individual parish. I’m not from Louisiana, so beyond this, I’m not much help,

Just remembered this; Louisiana adopted the Napoleonic Code for their law. Hope this helps.

Here’s a few for you – these are “unincorporated” towns – I do not know about their government set ups but you can research these and find out more:

    1) Nutbush, Haywood County,Tennessee
    2) Reston, Virginia
    3) Hyannis, Massachusetts
    4) Pahrump, Nye County, Nevada

Here’s another “unincorporated” town: Springfield, Virginia

no, there were elections in that township. If one ran in an election based on fraudulent docs, based on forgery, that is a criminal offense committed within that locality

It seems you might also look at who has exhibited independence and guts during this ccommunist escapade. Idaho, Montana and Wyoming are known for people who will not be intimidated. If you could work from ground up, rather than top down (supreme court), you will find true citizens. If you could go to one of these ranching states and meet together at one time with several county sheriffs and local judges, all together, they would have the support of each other to take on a monumental task. They need peer support in their communities, but together I imagine they would be unstoppable. Wasn’t it Montana that was the first to pass gun laws, to protect from federal intrusion? The states that have shown individuality can investigate ballot fraud in some of their counties. Maybe the person who helped you at the Moscow Idaho meeting would be able to bring together a group of 5 sheriffs and 5 judges to meet with you and discuss your findings, for their investigation. They would probably be furious, if they heard all the details that have been hidden by the press.

    Ch: That’s an excellent idea!!!

What do you think Orly?? Could you do it if you had some help? 🙂

The post from ch above reminded me of The Lakota Nation. Orly, are you familar with The Lakota Nation? It involves approx 5 states. They have withdrawn from the United States and have begun minting/printing their own money (backed by gold/silver).

I’ve heard Russell Means speak a number of times on FOX and do radio interviews. Here is his personal website. https://www.russellmeans.com/

Maybe there’s an angle there? Not sure.

Russell Means runs another small group independent of the Lakotah. But he isn’t the head honcho by any means. He’s the one that sent out the fake press release to the papers.

“Look at Louisiana. I know Louisiana is divided up into Parishes. I believe they have a judge presiding over each individual parish. I’m not from Louisiana, so beyond this, I’m not much help,”

We only have district judges that preside over several parishes.

JM/Orly…A very small faction follows Means. He is not the leader of the Lakota Nation.

    Tia:

I was reading a little bit online about the fact that lawyers in Louisiana are schooled in Napolianic Law whereas the other 49 states follow Common Law. (Lawyers in La. have difficulty in other states as such)

Having said that, the article indicated the judges can and do sometimes follow their “feelings” instead of relying ONLY on the outcome of previous cases. That’s why I threw it out there.

Tia, any further thoughts on what I’ve written? I’m just grasping at anything like the rest of us.
