I saw your message today about Chuck DeVore. It’s amazing how a so-called conservative candidate could get it so wrong on the Obama birth certificate issue. But then again, this just shows he’s not that conservative after all.

If you’re looking for a replacement to support instead of DeVore, I’d like to let you know about Neil Brian Goldberg, a true patriot and warrior from Santa Cruz, California, who would never betray the trust of the American people and is running for Barbara Boxer’s U.S. Senate seat as an Independent candidate, which is an uphill battle, as you can imagine.

Neil’s not running just to become a senator, but because America needs patriots like him in Washington, D.C., if we are to survive as a self-governing constitutional republic. And he firmly believes that Obama needs to prove that he’s a natural born citizen.

Neil is in the process of getting the 10,000 signatures in lieu of filing fee to be placed on the California ballot in November 2010. That part he can do, but he has great concerns which he calls an “unconstitutional fix” of requiring 174,000+ signatures within two months for ballot placement next fall. He feels this is an obvious rigging of the system, and must be challenged.

I was wondering if you might be in the position to help him spearhead a legal challenge in Federal Court, or know someone who would be able to help Neil sue the state in order to overturn this unfair election rule.
