Dear Dr. Taitz, with much interest and sympathy we are watching from Switzerland your struggle for justice. As far as I know the works of the Swiss author DE VATTEL play an inportant role in the question of the eligibilty of Mr. Obama, the sitting US-President To be eligible, someone must be a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN, something which DE VATTEL already said more than 200 years ago. As you found out, only children of citizens can be NATURAL BORN CITIZENS. May I now bring to your attention a small article from a local Geneva newspaper, the COURIER DE DIMANCHE POUR LE VALAIS, published on Sunday, 21.02.2010 (sorry, there is no online edition). I translate for you and your readers from this article: “Dr. Auguste ALTEC is a scholar at the University of Geneva, Faculté de Droit. Reading about the problems the President of the United States of America, Barack Obama, has with the NATURAL BORN CITIZEN CLAUSE and the involvement of DE VATTEL, ALTEC decided to look through DE VATTELS archives, which are kept at the University of Geneva. After several days of fruitless work he looked by chance through a volume of VATTELS LAW OF NATIONS. There he found some notices of VATTELS own hands, which read as follows: How can a person become a natural born citizen? The roman law states: (The roman law translates as “No one can give more rights than he himself has”.WH) I hope, Dr. Taitz, that these findings can help you in your search for truth and justice Yours Willi Huber |

The only question that might arise from this is, if so, how can anyone in the world be a “Natural Born Citizen”, since it goes back generation after generation. Unless he meant that the parents need to be “Citizens” when the child was born,as we understood all along, not ” Natural Born Citizens” .
