This is because the US Constitution gives the federal government no role in the conduct of elections. A Trump judge should reach the same conclusion. If this is to be litigated then it should be in State court

Adam Palmer, the states can run their elections as long as they abide by the Constitution, show me in the Constitution where it says non citizens can vote in our elections. Therefore your corrupt judge is violating the Law Of The Land which is the constitution and thus violating his oath of office. Name me any other country in the world where American citizens can vote. Can we vote in England, Russia, China, Cuba, India, Pakistan, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Vietnam, Ukraine, etc. etc. etc. ?
