    This waste of human flesh can’t be that stupid, therefore, he is as corrupt as they come and needs to be charged under RICO! So based on his decision, the whole stinking world can vote in our elections! Tell me you are corrupt without telling me you are corrupt!

    This is because the US Constitution gives the federal government no role in the conduct of elections. A Trump judge should reach the same conclusion. If this is to be litigated then it should be in State court

    False, Federal government has a right to monitor and prevent fraud in federal elections
