6:30 PM in DC. Not one single member of Congress voted to increase Obama’s debt ceiling. Five and a half hours left. Who will bring a motion to vacate speakership if Boehner votes with the Dems against the majority of his own party???

Under House rules, a speaker can be challenged any time with a motion to vacate the speakership, and such a motion is privileged, meaning it zooms to the House floor, without winding through any committee, cannot be blocked by a speaker or his allies, and is subject to a full vote of the House.
I do not know, how House GOP can continue with a Speaker who sells out at the last moment?
