No doubt you are making friends and in the political arena if you did succeed in becoming a congresswoman or senator you would be but one vote and as a senator have a real cushiony job, but an aerial view of all your activities as in a wide area of examination sans intricate details reveals a pattern of judicial failure up to and includingh recent brave marine Carter–whose tone changed because he was bolstered by prior legal decisions by Land et al.
In my view you are spread out too thin and leave yourself vulnerable in too many areas–many hard to deal with, respond to or control thus you have to focus–in my view. Not on RICO at this time, but on pressing Holder for an independnet special prosecutor–I had mentioned applicable law in the USC to you in a prior posting.
You know orly you remind me of a thoroughbred horse trying to make it to the starting gate but without a trainer. In your instance you need a proper senior advisor because not all your moves have been wise or productive. You have friends and contributors no doubt, but you seem to be indescriminate in your choise of venues for expression.
The Russian army in world war two would open a breech in the german lines and force massive troops through the breech somewhat like driver ants. The breech has to be found in Holder’s violation of his oath of office to support and defend the constitution–there the pressure has to be put–he is appointed not elected. And he has to be forced to appoint a special prosecutor from a list of respectable unattached people.
Tactically that is where the concentration must be–alot of light put on his reluctance to even diginify such a request. the religious right is camping outside the justic department as I type this, your followers should do the same—and momentarily shift from the big game of Obama to his faciliator or gate keeper as it were. Therefore you attempt to open the door at Holder FIRST. The courts? forget about it. Waste of time—too much arab pay off money floating around and judges are not entirely immune from certain percs and considerations.
Anyway thatis how i see it: Focus your energies where they are most effective instead of wearing yourself out on red eyes trapsing about and often tripping into hostile environments like this projected CA bar thing–are you serious orly? Are you a glutton for punishmnet and time waste and effort waste?
You have to focus, concentrate and hit hard with all atendant publicity on the gate keeper HOLDER–rascist bastard and sell out that he is, he is still OUR attorney General NOT President Cockroach arab sellout Soetoro.
Don’t use your blade for errant stabbing, sharpen it for cutting and chopping–single entities not diffuse hostile groups set to wear you out and bring you down.
Be smart orly–FOCUS on what can become the least point of resistance–Holder’s oath and sections of the USC applicable. Forget Rico and appeals and political inward flirtations.

I heard that Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan didn’t want to go fight fellow Muslims. He was upset that he was going to be deployed. Too bad, he didn’t know all that he needed to was to challenge the Command in Chief for his credentials in court. No doubt, any orders would have been rescinded and the tragedy of what happened at Ft. Hood could have been avoided. I am suprised this hasn’t spread within the military community.
