MSNBC’s “Hardball” host Chris Matthews expressed fury over special counsel Robert Mueller’s decision to conclude his investigation into possible collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia without an “interrogation” of President Donald Trump, asking how could he let the president “off the hook?”

    Matthews is insane. Candidate, then President Trump & his entire life have been interrogated since June 2015! That’s almost 4 years of scrutiny & it hasn’t stopped yet.
