    Any bill that raises revenue must be initiated by the House of Representatives according to the Constitution. This bill was initiated by one corrupt Harry Reed in the Senate and thus, it was unconstitutional from it’s birth! The genius Roberts either had a brain lock or democraps have the goods on him to call this garbage constitutional!
