Dr. Orly,
Representative Harry Accornero is working on the details, but I believe it will be at 10:00 am at the Legislative Office Building.
If you want to read the statement (instead of me), that’s fine with me. Just please let us know. We are planning to serve (present?) the sworn affidavit to AG Michael Delaney just before, between 9 and 10. I am working on the affidavit now. I will send it to you for review.
I will be travelling tomorrow so will be out of touch until the evening. —
Larry Rappaport
NH State Representative – Coos District One
a note from Orly:
5 NH state representatives, who co-signed as additional plaintiffs on my pleadings to the Supreme Court of NH, will hold a 30 minute press conference on Tuesday at 10 am in the capitol building. I do not know, if I can join them, as I have to pay for the trip to the hearing to HI, Jan 6, Atlanta Jan 26 and will probably need to pay for flying and lodging witnesses for the hearing in Atlanta. All of it represents a lot of work and a lot of expenses. Also, the red eye flight from CA lands in Boston and I will need to drive a couple of hours from Boston to Concord. People do not realise, how much work is involved.
