371 approved		 The question is often asked. how did Huma pass a security background check? Most likely she did not have to get one. People often have a difficult time believing this, but, neither the president, VP, members of Congress or Supreme Court Justices are required to have a security background.

Also, employees of the president and/or VP do not have to have a security background check. This explains how Obama “passed” to become a senator and then president, he never had to take a security background check, which he would have likely failed miserably. It also explains Obama’s Czars, such as the self-admitted communist, Van Jones,people like Valerie Jarrett and members of the Muslim Brotherhood infesting the highest levels of government. The were put there by their employer, Barack Hussein Obama, who himself never had to take a security background check.

Question:

Are Constitutional Officers (e.g., the President,Members of Congress) Required to Hold a Security Clearance to Access
classified Information?

CRS answer:

Security clearances are not mandated for the President, Vice President, Members of Congress,
Supreme Court Justices, or other constitutional officers. The criteria for election or appointment to these positions are specified in the U.S. Constitution, and except by constitutional amendment,no additional criteria (e.g., holding a security clearance) may be required.

As Commander-in-Chief, the President has the authority to establish the standards for access to classified national security information. This authority is typically exercised through the issuance of executive orders. Executive Order 13467, which covers suitability checks and security clearances for federal employees, applicants, and contractors, includes a determination of which executive branch individuals are covered and which are exempted.

‘Covered individual’ means a person who performs work for or on behalf of the executive branch, or who seeks to perform work for or on behalf of the executive branch, but does not include:

(i) the President or (except to the extent
otherwise directed by the President) employees of the President under section 105 or 107 of title 3, United States Code; or
(ii) the Vice President or (except to the
extent otherwise directed by the Vice President) employees of the Vice President under section 106 of title 3 or annual legislative branch appropriations acts.

The executive order was signed by GWB on June 30th 2008 and mandated by Congress to be fully in effect by January, 2009…..just in time for Obama and the enemy takeover from the inside-out.

    That’s very telling! This fact indicts the then president Bush in one more item of collaboration (less obvious) for the usurpation of the presidency by a UFO (Unidentified Foreign Operative) under alleged name Obama.

    The obvious one was that Bush (as the highest executive upholding the Constitution) did not stop campaigning of the clearly unconstitutional candidate not born to two American citizens on the soil. Therefore now we see that he also “sealed” his treason by issuing an executive order removing the requirement of a security clearance of the future commander-in-thief.

    The US Congress and US Supreme court, as we know, have also twice approved the usurpation of the presidency. This turns this Federation into a totally criminal conspiracy, illegal entity, null and void since 2008.

    … No, no: God damn America!..

    if these idiots dont need background checks to run this country what the hell makes them believe we have to have a background check to buy a simple rifle or shotgur OR EVEN SHELL.

    time to check your self protection folks.. you might need it real soon…

    Interesting, as when Hillary bypassed security Huma could see everything…and pass on to noxious players in the world…if she IS like “that” and many would NOT BE SURPRISED!

    Dr Orly Taitz,
    How can we have a jury trial of high crimes and treason of our Government? Potus, SCotus,congress.
    How can it be so many attorneys and judges who have not follow the laws.

    I would like to clarify that I have not yet researched exactly what the requirements were prior to Executive Order 13467. Regardless of that, the requirements as they exist now invite infiltration, (and invitation), into the highest levels of government by people who hate America, and we have seen exactly that.

    Thanks to those who read and commented on my post. Perhaps someone would like to help determine how different the requirements since January, 2009 are from the ones prior to EO 13467. Anything which exempted any government official or employee, and allowed them to see confidential/secret information without undergoing a security background check is wrong IMO.

    the prosecutors are corrupt and treasonous, they are on the take and refuse to bring charges against the criminals in high positions of power

    This reminds be of Washington D.C. Mayor Marion Berry. He was convicted of smoking crack in a hotel room with a prostitute, went to jail, and then was re-elected to be the D.C. Mayor afterwards.

    Criminal background checks should be required for every elected or appointed job. They should be repeated annually. Failing to pass should prohibit them from performing the job.
