    IMO, there should be lawsuits against this man,

    Garcia. He failed to do his duty, did NOT

    keep public security. He is in RICO con-

    spiracy with the illegal lawbreaker Mayor,

    Gallardo. Basic Hispanic foreigners with

    an illegal mentality and a prejudice against

    non-Hispanics. Disgrace to America. And both

    should be removed. Public menace too, both

    hate TRUMP. Huh???
