Men don’t even have to be “confused” to be allowed in the women’s restrooms. They just have to be “uncomfortable” in the men’s room, as per this man:

Texas says it would rather miss out on federal funds than cave to Obama’s gender neutral demands for schools. Maybe, if Obama refuses to send federal funds to TX, Texans, in return, should not pay taxes to the Federal government?
