Yesterday something happened again and dark smoke came out of the engine of  my car. I never had so many problems with my car in my life. This year I pent some $6,000 on repairs and it’s all over again. I am trying to finish the pleadings asap, but a lot is going on at the same time

    Orly: how long did the black smoke last?

    Did you have the car shop check to see if anything had been poured into the gas tank? Low grade gas or some other substance could cause this type of smoke!

    And it can be corrected with new fill-up and driving your car aways!

    Orly, make sure you keep your car locked up in your garage when you’re not driving it. Be very careful in all ways, not with your car!

    You can sue dealer under UCC warranty agency law, Orly. Under agency law you can sue in any state that has dealer. Mechanic too. I think someone is screwing you. Is best to sue and take money to buy new car.
