Bill Clinton understands the danger his party is in

In today’s issue: With former President Bill Clinton calling on Congress to compromise, Dr. Savage observes that Clinton sounds like a moderate compared to the current resident of the White House.


“When I hear Bill Clinton talking about the need for ‘honorable compromise,’ it’s almost like he’s talking to Obama,” Savage said, noting:

It sounds like he’s telling Obama not to be so rigid.

Remember: Bill Clinton was a master politician.

Forget about the cigars and all that for a second.

He was a compromiser.

You could almost say he was a centrist, at least compared to Obama.

Obama, on the other hand, is out of the ken of normal politics.

He’s a far-left radical of the likes we’ve never seen at the national level.

Bill Clinton knows this.

He understands the danger his own party is in for being uncompromising.
