The $1.4 Billion dollar web site for B0Care was out sourced to Canada. It could have put 1,000 of Americans to work who had the technology to build a functioning web site, but no 0bama gave the money to a Canadian firm that can’t build a reputable website.

If this boondoggle were done by private industry for their company’s benefit then heads would roll including the company president and maybe the CEO too. Government by its nature can never be as efficient as comeative private industry. Obama and his clan of fools must go.
